✅ Easy check in/check out ✅ Front desk upgraded our room ✅ Comfy bed and pillow ✅ Good AC and shower heater ✅ Smart tv ✅ Good internet 😐 Fridge is quite not working 😐 Pool is huge and long however the beach bed are limited so u dont have much space to leave your things 😐 We requested a trolly for check out but didnt arrive until we decided to just carry all out things down 😐 Breakfast is okay, not much of choices 😐 Sad that the view of the sea is now different. Almost no sea view due to construction right infront of the hotel Will go back :)

While I didn't indulge in the breakfast offerings or take advantage of the pool facilities, the room itself exuded cleanliness and comfort without any qualms. Such a remarkable stay leaves me pondering that even if proximity to the airport weren't a factor, I'd still strongly contemplate returning to this exceptional establishment.

1. The location is only good for airport terminal 3 passengers ( our terminal is 1 and it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport/ hotel by taxi) and all the tourist attractions are 20-30 minutes away by taxi. We have to endure the traffic jams every time we go out. Quite stressful! 2. Noise problems: a construction site and the nearby guests in the hallway make constant noises and they wake us up, so I think the hotel should work on its sound proof quality. 3. City view and garden view ? After we complained about the construction noise, it took us almost five hours to move to the new room. The first room’s view is the ugly construction view ( allegedly city view ) and the garden view is hellish and unpleasant ( see the photo). I really wonder how the manager could proudly say it’s an upgrade for us to change to the new room?? Lol 4. Other than those above, the staff are all polite and attentive. Great breakfast and sauna and steam room.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-to 20-minute walking distance of SM Mall of Asia. You can take an Ejeep from PITX and drop off at Coral Way, which is one block before SM Arena, making it easier to commute to the hotel. The reception area is large and has a friendly atmosphere. The hotel personnel is excellent as well; they respond to our inquiries even when they are unable to fulfill our requests. We have a problem with the air conditioner since it occasionally turns off on its own, but the room and bed are large. There aren't enough towels in the bathroom, so we ought to request housekeeping. There can only be two tiny free water bottles each room. The lack of a lifeguard, children's lifevests, and the ability for children to enter the pool alone makes it dangerous. Breakfast is a very Filipino style, with simple ingredients (sinangag, champorado,corned beef, longganisa, eggs,fish fillet, daing and also pancit, ec.) that taste amazing. Looking forward to returning to this hotel.

The staffs are very accommodating and they have the best service. Will get back here next time. We requested for a crib for the baby and the crib was really cute, they have the specification of for either boy and girl baby. The only thing that disappoints me is they do not have an oven but the overall amenities and service will be given a thumbs up and five star.

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. My husband and I stayed in this hotel since it is only 700 meters away from the SMX convention center (we can get there in 10 minutes by foot). We loved our stay for the following reasons: 1. Perfect location since it is close to SMX convention center as well as to SM Mall of Asia. It is also connected to a small mall with a grocery store and a pharmacy. 2. Awesome service. When we left the do not disturb sign for the whole day, they left a card that says we may call them up to 6 pm if we want to have our room cleaned, but since we did not mind a little clutter we decided not to ask for housekeeping services. Then at around 5:45 om they called us to make sure if we do not need anything else. 3. Love the toiletries, they use paraben and silicone free products so I no longer need to bring my own (which I usually do since sometimes hotel toiletries are too harsh and too heavily scented). 4. We booked the lowest tier room (studio deluxe) which has a water dispenser and a microwave aside from the usual hotel room amenities. We particularly loved the microwave because the nearby Golden Bay Seafood restaurant has large servings hence we just brought our leftovers to the hotel to be reheated on our next meal. 5. Food is good, we loved their seafood Aglio Olio which was savory with a slight kick. Breakfast buffet also has a nice variety with generally good food. 6. Reasonable room rates at around 4,000 PHP a night.

Everyone was very nice! Everyone always said hello whenever they saw you. We had mangos that we wanted to peel so we asked for a knife and they actually peeled the mangos for us and even boxed it up at no cost. The gym is pretty nice too and security was amazing at helping out my cousin who got a little too tipsy from a night out in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also a good location!

Convenient place to stay as it's nearby the airport. It is sorrounded by restaurants.

If you're looking for a room that has a little bit of everything, then this is it! The condo is situated close to Mall of Asia, a 5-10 minute walk. The condo itself has a hot water shower, washing machine, microwave and electric stove, fridge and freezer and a smart TV. There is a double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, I would say this unit is good for a maximum of 3 people. The property also has 5 swimming pools that can be used at a rate of 150 pesos per person per day, just contact the host for the day pass. The unit was clean and tidy and clean towels were provided along with shampoo and soap. The building also has various stores and restaurants located on the ground floor. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in one hour earlier than the scheduled check in time. She was very responsive to messages via WhatsApp, and even messaged a few times to see how we were enjoying our stay. The hot water kettle did not work upon arrival, and this was replaced within 10 minutes of me messaging the host. Last but not least, I found the cost to be fair considering the location. I highly recommend this little gem!
