Such a beautiful place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Made our time to Paso even more enjoyable. Would stay again for sure.

The room is nice and the service is ok. The restaurant will be open as usual during the Christmas period, but you need to make a reservation in advance. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good, and the decoration details are very design. There is also usually wine tasting, which is quite good.

Very beautiful and interesting vineyard hotel, the taste of the restaurant is very good, and the price is good. The entire hotel resort is a big maze, and the children have a great time playing.

Old, sagging, uncomfortable king size bed. Both my girlfriend and I had sore backs from sleeping on this bed!
I informed the front desk of this at checkout. Otherwise the hotel and staff are excellent. Food was good as well.

Room was ready when we arrived, and we accepted an upgrade offered by the front desk to have a vineyard view. No problems during our stay. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is designed like a Tuscan villa, which made our stay feel special.

Beautiful property, usually festive during Chrismas , New Year, filled with events, music in the lobby, etc, this year I felt it was different, holiday desoration was there but that's it, we stayed b/t Christams and NY. Next year not going .
