We went there and checked in late but the staff were very friendly. All the process was very easy and convenient. We forgot some of our belongings there and they kept them for us.

Nice hotel very good location 30 seconds from beach. Good breakfast for all tastes. Room was good shower not to good and to many mosquitoes

This hotel simply isn't good value for money - it is currently LOW season in Thailand but they (and the hotel/restaurant next to them, Pirates) have kept the high season prices going. Under the bed is gross. The hallways are dirty (except in the middle, where they mop) and breakfast is extremely half-hearted and low quality - especially at these prices!!!!!!! The bed is super comfortable, the cable TV is good, free drinking water was a shocking and pleasant surprise. Beach is directly in front of hotel, blocked by a metal building of sorts. No beach chairs provided. You have to ask for a towel or use one of the 3 they put out.................They just don't seem to care much. Pirates bar/hotel/restaurant next door was annoyed when I asked for the wifi password but wasn't STAYING there (no, I was drinking at the bar)........Sorry if you all are desperate for cash - don't take it out on me. Better to go to other beaches in low season and enjoy the discounts there!

Pros- bed and pillow are really comfortable, extra bolster is a bonus for me personally. Location js good, is literally the central of the beach street. The breakfast js good with a decent choices to choose. Cons- room size is a little small for the room we stayed, but for the price you pay, you can’t really argue too much.

Room- clean, roomy, comfortable, modern with a small balcony. Location- perfectly situated next to the beach 🏖️ the night market is in the next village. They are building a local temple which is stunning just a short walk away. There are lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops near. Perfect destination to relax and unwind whilst having leisurely strolls around the local area. Complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water which is a lovely touch. There is also a foot massager in room to use and a clothes drier to use on the balcony for drying beach wear. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They appear to be a family run hotel and has a home from home welcome. We look forward to returning in the future!

We've stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world and this one ranks up their with the worst. We stayed in Room 205 at the back of the building and by evening the bathroom smelled very strongly of raw sewage, the smell was so bad we thought about checking out during the night but as we had nowhere to stay we pushed on. In the morning out car was blocked in by another guest who decided to double park, so we couldn't leave until the car was moved. The hotel is old and run down, don't believe the reviews giving this place a high score as it is not deserved. The room was dated, there is an old lounge which looks disgusting covered in stains and the hotel is full of mosquitos, why is there and old PC on the desk, who would even use it. Smart tv was in the room, but the wifi was so poor (it could barely stream a 240p YouTube video), it was unusable and didn't seem to have any channels due to no antenna. While I love travel in Thailand and there are some amazing places, this isn't one, the whole beach is polluted with tonnes of plastic waste, which is sad, the shops and restaurants are run down and don't look clean. Not only would I recommend you don't stay at this hotel, but avail the whole area, This place is way over priced for the quality offered, considering the sewage issue in the bathroom, it shouldn't be taking guests.
