"To, Avnish Chauhan, Manager, We (my wife and I, who are both deaf), my elderly mother, and our son had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Ginger Hotel, Fraser Road, Patna. We would especially like to appreciate Komal, the deaf staff member, for her outstanding service. She made communication very easy for us through sign language and was always attentive, courteous, and helpful. She ensured that all our room service requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Her excellent work made our stay even more enjoyable. We are very happy that Ginger Hotel provides good accessibility for deaf guests. Having a deaf staff member like Komal makes deaf guests feel welcome, comfortable, and included. We hope the hotel continues to support accessibility and employ more deaf staff in the future. The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall hygiene standards were excellent, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would like to suggest one improvement: please add a doorbell with a flashing light or visual alert system in the rooms for deaf guests, so they can easily know when someone is at the door. This would greatly improve accessibility. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We look forward to staying at Ginger Hotel again. "We stayed there for only one night which is why i can only give a brief review but the hotel staff were really polite and friendly. The price is also affordable and it is an ideal place if you want to stay somewhere for the night after a long train journey. The breakfast items were really limited which is why i did not eat there. But i think the hotel really maintained good cleanliness and hygiene. Although the amenities list said that they provide railway transfers, when we asked for it they insisted on getting a taxi or auto so keep in mind that some amenities might be there for show only. Nevertheless for this price i think it was a pretty good deal."
