Lemon Tree Premier, Patna
"The service was excellent. Special thanks to Salman for taking such good care of us. Since I was accompanied by an international friend, it was important for me that he felt comfortable and welcomed, and Salman handled everything wonderfully. Ganesh and Shamshad also made sure everything goes smoothly."
Ginger Patna
"Stayed here for a week and had an excellent experience. Very clean rooms, great food and helpful staff. Special mention to Pratik Adarsh Karan Sunny for outstanding service."
The Royal Bihar
"the stay at this lousy property was almost a nightmare . filthy - stained linens and untidy rooms, lousy food . grumpy and unprofessional and untrained staff"
Hotel Sharda Residency
"I stayed for one night in October 2025 at Sharda Residency in Patna, paying over ₹3,600 through EaseMyTrip. Big mistake! First, our driver had difficulty locating the place. "Idhar koi nahin aata sir. Ye thoda hatke hai," he said repeatedly as we traveled from Rajgir. The garbage-filled street and rotting puddles of water right at the entrance were a major turn-off. The stay began with a non-working AC, which took a while to start, followed by a late-starting geyser in the very poorly lit bathroom. Housekeeping should have had both the AC and geyser ready for guests. We stepped out of the hotel briefly to walk to Buddha Smriti Park near the station, and a foul, unbearable stench hit us. The entire street had piles of garbage strewn at many places, with menacing stray dogs loitering nearby. The room itself was spacious and had good-quality furniture & sanitary fittings. It looked clean. The LG TV worked well too. What disgusted me however was that the hotel was supplying RO drinking water in used and discarded single-se water bottles that are meant to be thrown away after use. "Hum inko boiling water mein dhote hain sir," was their explanation. Why not provide water in glass or steel jugs if you can't provide sealed water bottles? At breakfast, we found the crockery was low-quality melamine, as were the bowls. Even the water provided in the dining hall came in regular plastic bottles (food-grade plastic, but plastic nonetheless). The food was good. The coffee, made with a ₹5 packet, was not. For the price I paid, I could have stayed at a much better place."
The Panache
"The service was excellent...specially thanks to Ms .Divya for taking such a good care of and Ms Devshree she's very courteous girls welcome me very nice ..it was importan for me that feel comfortable"

Hotel Patliputra Exotica
"The room was super clean and exactly what I needed after long days in the city. The central location is unbeatable—close to everything but surprisingly peaceful inside. Service could be a bit more attentive, but I still give it 5 stars because of the comfort and ease of the stay."
Hotel Chanakya
"Visited Samarat Restaurant after a really long time and was glad to find it still tastes the same. Scrumptious meal and delicious Was helped by Anaisha to choose the right food. Thank you for the experience!"

Vijaya Tej Clarks Inn
"I had a wonderful stay at VIJAYATEJ Clarks Inn. The hospitality and professionalism of the front office team truly made my experience comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to Ms. Sonakshi and Mr. Roshan Mishra for their warm welcome, polite behavior, and prompt assistance throughout my stay. They were always attentive, courteous, and ready to help with a smile. Their excellent customer service reflects the high standards of the hotel. Highly appreciated and recommended!"
Hotel Windsor
"I had a pleasant stay at the Windsor Hotel. The food, location, and services were all good; however, the view from my room was unfortunately just a plain wall. Additionally, I was surprised to be charged for water that is typically provided complimentary in hotel rooms. I hope they address these issues, but overall, everything else was satisfactory."
Savera A Business Luxury Hotel
"It was good budget hotel in central locality (gandhi maidan)very nice tasty food and prompt service, hygeine was good. Clean bathroom"
Hotel Violett Doors
"They're not professional, it's not even a single star for what they are advertising 3 stars. No towel, no water inside the room. Ac is not functioning properly. Gym and other amenities they are advertising is for the public not limited to the guests."

"I had a comfortable stay. Also the service was excellent and neat & clean. Food was also good. I like the location, as it is accessible to both the station and airport. I would like to visit again with family next time."
The Grand Empire A Boutique Hotel
"Breakfast quality was not good nor are there many options for breakfast just 3-4 dishes available. Rooms which I booked didn't have a window not worth the rates charged for the room."
