We stayed 2 days at this hotel and there are only good things to say: the room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would like to especially thank Effie for going out of her way assisting us with a personal emergency, Eleni, and Nikoleta for always assisting with a smile and making our stay more pleasant.

For personal reasons I had to spent 2 unplanned weeks in Patras and Eramai Hotel has been my home away from home. The owners and the staff supported me and helped me through the period, going well above their duties. To them goes all my gratitude.

Such a beautiful hotel with combined features from the past and the present! We stayed there twice and loved it! The suites are spacious designed with wonderful aesthetic! The Eramai team is lovely, so polite and always smiling! We definitely gonna come again !
