Not bad big room got up graded only stayed two night, room did not get served but that was ok, pool would be better if shades and jets where not working.

On the whole good value for money
The bed was probably one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in in Thailand
The staff were very friendly
Few tweaks needed to get it up to standard
Lobby disappointing very cheap and mismatched furnishings
No shower gel in dispenser in bathroom
No breakfast available

My experience was....Reception staff were extremely rude when I asked if I could change room as I requested a higher floor as they gave me floor 3, next to the building work, which was not advertised anywhere. Asked to see the Manager but was constantly fobbed off.....never did get to see the Manager. I've never had a room where there are literally no draws in??....I find that quite strange as I had to leave clothes on show or in suitcase for my stay. Also, every night they left the used bedding and towels on show at the bottom of the stairs next to the lift???....lots of them......this caused an unpleasant smell every night, as well as being unsightly. The above is based on my personal experience....would I stay there again.....no. Would I recommend.....sorry, no.

AMAZING Hotel This is a Great Place to Stay, The Hotel is Modern with Great Rooms & it’s quiet at night considering it’s in a busy area, it has a Fantastic Rooftop Swimming Pool, it is also Great Value for money, The Staff are Extremely Helpful & Friendly, I would like to mention Sirikarn She did more than her duty when I accidentally cancelled my Booking Thank You Sirikarn! I will be returning to this Hotel & I Highly Recommend it 😊 I

Negatives first noisy building work which started at 7am . Pool area is nice but closes at 6.30pm and there's no night light so it is slightly dangerous after 5.30 . Probably why they close the pool now early. Plus the towels are ridiculous. They wouldn't dry a mouse. On the plus side Rooms are nice and good sized . The young cleaning lady is fantastic. Great location. Good looking restaurant maybe because it is new . I would stay again as long as the price remains reasonable.

A stylish modern hotel located within the busy part of town . Outstanding quality rooms finished to a high standard and kept spotless by the housekeeping staff . The staff from housekeeping to management are all courteous professional and customer focused and I will always stay here when I am In Pattaya
