This honestly is a place I will NEVER return to. Nothing looks like in the pictures. The place is old. Some furniture is broken. Air conditioners are merely decoration. Service is rude to mediocre at its best. Breakfast is disappointing. The noise from some bars nearby is terrible. A complete rip off.

The air conditioning in the first room I stayed in wasn't working well. A hotel staff member checked it, but it was still the same. So, I got a new room, but I wasn't too fond of the interior design.

I booked a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, but upon check-in, I was told the hotel was full and given a room on the 1st floor instead. The room was extremely dirty, and the facilities were old. The bathtub was cracked underneath, there was a persistent foul smell in the bathroom, and the toilet seat was broken. There were stains everywhere in the room, and I encountered many mosquitoes and bugs. The staff's service attitude was also very poor. People were smoking inside the hotel, and no one seemed to care.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room is spacious but it needs to be cleaner and renovated about its toilet. The amenities of the toiletry where mentioned in Trip.com were not existed such as razor, soap, comb, toothpaste and toothbrush. The environment of the hotel is pretty such as two beautiful swimming pools and its gardens and also staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall, I recommend this hotel to stay in Jomtien beach.

The hotel's location was great; it felt like a private natural retreat, far from the city bustle. There are two pools on the property, along with table tennis and billiards. The room was a bit dated and could use some renovation. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evening, so we had to rely on mosquito repellent. But even these minor drawbacks didn't stop us from having a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed it! 👍

The room is very convenient to the beach and nearby restaurants.

The room was clean, and the doorman was very helpful, assisting us with our luggage. The room also came with two bottles of high-quality water. The breakfast was quite abundant as well!

The room especially the bathroom needs an update. The room itself.is generally good, although was told the tv had no channels and the wifi was quite patchy, often dropping the connection. Would recommend if you can to get the updated renovated rooms near the second pool. The staff are very friendly and try to solve problems even when they are not always fixed.

The hotel exterior and facilities look good, located in a European and American residential area. However, the room facilities are incomplete, and the hygiene is quite poor. The front desk staff doesn't understand Chinese at all. There were also unknown objects in the bathtub and unidentified dust on the sofa. The slippers weren't disposable. Chinese guests booking this hotel should be very cautious. Avoid at all costs!

The location is decent. It's right near a street full of bars and very close to the beach and Jomtien Beach Night Market. The room itself is quite spacious with a balcony, but the balcony light was broken. The bathroom had a strong foul odor, and the water pressure was extremely low, making showering quite difficult.

Overall, it's not bad if you're staying for three days like we did; you can overlook the minor issues. I wouldn't want to stay there for an extended period. The cleanliness was so-so, with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and accumulating in the shower corner. Two people were staying in the room, but for some reason, they only provided one face towel. I asked the front desk for small face towels for two, and they still only gave me one, lol. They also only give one room key for two people, which is inconvenient and illogical when two of you are sharing a room. On the positive side, they helped carry our suitcases up to the third floor as there's no elevator, and nothing went missing from our belongings; the staff is trustworthy in that regard. Another downside is that people smoke everywhere, including by the pool, and there's no designated smoking area, even though children swim in the pool. It's okay for a short stay, but not for long.

Everything was good! The only thing is the elevator wasn't working, which is a huge minus!

Great location nice place to stay would stay again. Shower and bed could do with an update other than that all good
