You get what you pay for, to put it simply. The location is good. The bedding is worn out, and the towels are half-washed. The balcony door is broken, and there's a main street right outside the windows, so there's practically no soundproofing. You only come here to sleep, so it's tolerable.

Worst stay ever. They didn't had a room I booked so they send me to their chain set hotel sun and beach hotel. I had to pay extra 29 ₿ for a motorcycle ride. I arrived 13:30, they asked me to wait till 14:00 or pay 100 ₿ for early check in. Then they give me room on 4th floor (no elevator) room was not cleaned and dirty, they said probably the person didn't check-out so they need to change my room to 2nd floor. That room was even worse. Lights was not working in bathroom furniture was broken, I was tired cause I had a night flight so I decided not to argue and sleep there. I went to take a bath and after found out that didn't had a towel, so had to put on my clothes and go to ask one. At night there was something big running in ventilation system idk if it was rat or cat. Also people playing billiar on first floor was also loud. Strongly not recommended for staying. Reception is smiling but doing nothing.

The owner was kind and the price was incredibly cheap, making it a good place to stay. However, it was quite noisy at night and the air conditioning made me cough continuously.

The hotel claimed to have parking, but there was none when I arrived. I had to park on the street. The location is okay if you're planning to visit Koh Larn. The room was full of dust. The bed and air conditioner made me cough all night and I couldn't breathe properly. The price is cheap, but at the cost of your lung health. The air conditioner was super loud! It wasn't loud in the early evening, but it got really noisy late at night. I even recorded a video of the AC noise, it was so loud I couldn't post it. It was noisy all night, I couldn't sleep at all. Just run away from this place. There was a TV, but it didn't work. That's the end of my review.
