+ High floor, perfect view, reasonable price -The quality of cleaning is very mediocre, it would be nice if there was at least a bottle of water in the refrigerator.

Liked it very much! Panoramic view on the city which is breathtaking in the evening and at night. Location was convenient for our needs, we also took a walk to Pattaya beach for an evening walk, we even come to night walking street, that took us about 1,5 hour but we like to walk. If to use tooktook you will get it in 20 minutes or less. Great supermarket Marko 5 mins away with fresh seafood, meat, fruits, beverages etc. If you want to cook something be aware that the knife is dull. Highly recommend.

It's excellent! The owner is Chinese and helped me with every step of my travel and accommodation needs from start to finish! Everyone is welcome to Pattaya, and it's safe. Most importantly, it's close to all the attractions! The owner is very nice and will add you on WeChat in advance to let you know about the accommodation process. The accommodation is very cozy, like a small home, with a kitchen, which is great! The hand soap and shower gel in the room is also very nice, and I love the strawberry scent! It's across from a 7-Eleven, and the apartment is very nice. There's also a delicious hot pot buffet across the street!

Check-in was smooth, the room was very good, equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator and kettle. The photos were consistent with the actual product. The room is a one-bedroom apartment with an invincible infinity pool on the rooftop. You can pick up the key by yourself and there is no contact throughout the process. It is perfect for people like me who are socially anxious. The apartment is very clean and safe. You need to punch in to enter the elevator and gym. There is a garbage room on the same floor, and there is no odor. The room has dual air conditioners, which provide excellent cooling and are very quiet at night. Close to the Northern Bus Station, it is very convenient to travel to and from Bangkok. The only drawback is that it is relatively far from the pedestrian street and songthaews. I don't like taking taxis, I always walk to Terminal 21 and take a songthaew. However, if you want to go to Terminal 21, you can walk there directly. It is a straight road out of the apartment and it takes about 15-20 minutes. All in all, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend it to everyone!

It felt like I was only two steps away from Pattaya North Station. I didn't need to take a taxi, which I liked. The room was exactly the same as the picture, and it was very comfortable. I remembered to go to the rooftop to see the swimming pool when I was about to leave on the last day. You have to swipe your card to go up and down the stairs, so it's safe. It's close to Terminal 21, about ten minutes' walk, and you can see 711 wherever you go. Very satisfied
