This is a newly opened hotel, and the manager, who is Chinese, is incredibly welcoming and friendly. The service is excellent, and you can enjoy beautiful sea views. The surrounding area is also developing rapidly, with supermarkets and coffee shops nearby, offering a peaceful yet convenient location.

Great hotel, excellent service. The room offered good value for money. I was a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews, but I honestly don't understand where they came from. Maybe some people from our country are used to being treated like royalty back home and find it hard to adapt when traveling. I believe when you're abroad, it's important to respect local cultures, customs, and laws.

Chinese-speaking service available! The hotel is close to Walking Street, and there's a laundry room and 7-Eleven just a 3-minute walk away. Super convenient! For the same price, this is the best stay in Pattaya! Highly recommended!

This time I booked a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony, and it was really comfortable with the breeze blowing in when I opened the door – the temperature was just perfect. Since I was staying for 20 days, the hotel thoughtfully provided cooking utensils. I bought some seasonings and ingredients from the supermarket and cooked for myself, which made it feel just like home. The fact that every room has cooking facilities truly sets this hotel apart from many others. It means you don't have to constantly order takeout, and the 7-Eleven downstairs is super convenient too. The front desk staff also speak Chinese, and the hygiene was impeccable. I absolutely love this hotel!

I stayed here for five nights, and every day was a cautious and painful experience. I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel. This place is just a facade; the service and facilities are completely substandard. I can't understand how it's rated five stars. From the very moment I checked in, I witnessed the most shocking thing: the toilet was full of ants. We got a different room, but ants still kept emerging from the bed and tables. There were also various types of spiders in the room. And the hotel cleaning staff seemed outsourced; they just threw out the trash, leaving small bits on the floor, which makes you wonder how dirty the uncleaned corners must be. The towels and bath towels smelled like they were just machine-washed without high-temperature disinfection. I suspect the facilities here are severely lacking. My arms and legs were bitten by insects, and the hotel showed no signs of apology, instead suggesting I had food in the room. Even after daily cleaning, bugs kept appearing. This is supposed to be a five-star international chain brand, yet there's no laundry room or washing machine. There are security guards and doormen, but they're rarely seen; it feels like they're hiding most of the time. Often, there's only one front desk staff handling everything. The service and facilities are worse than many three-star hotels. The swimming pool is also just for show, practically unusable as it's blocked off. The deposit can only be paid in cash, not by card. When I checked in, I didn't have Thai Baht, only 200 RMB. They let me use that initially, saying I could pay the rest in Baht the next day. The next day, after I paid the remaining Baht, the front desk said I needed the original paper receipt for the 200 RMB deposit to get it back. This was a first for me. I had to search the room for a long time. The key issue is that no one emphasized the need for a paper receipt for the deposit refund. If I hadn't found it, perhaps they wouldn't have returned it. Everyone, please avoid this place!

The hotel security was excellent, very dedicated and responsible, helping open doors and assisting guests. The hotel itself is relatively new, and the facilities are quite good, even including a small kitchen. However, the cleaning could be more thorough, and I've noticed many others mentioning the bad smell from the bathroom, which really needs improvement!

Would not recommend... First off, it's like a domestic apartment hotel, with small rooms and poor soundproofing. You can hear every step in the hallway clearly! Even though I left a 50 baht tip every day, the bathroom floor was still dirty and wasn't cleaned, and they didn't even replace the toothbrushes! The worst part was the shower; not only was the water pressure very low, but the temperature was also extremely unstable, alternating between cold and scalding hot. Taking a shower was incredibly frustrating!

The room was really bad. Poor soundproofing, noisy air conditioning, and the door kept beeping all night, so I couldn't sleep at all. The front desk staff gave us a room that required a key card to keep the power on, which is completely unreasonable.

The room was a bit small, as it's a compact hotel. However, the surrounding area is super convenient. There's a fresh fruit and vegetable market nearby with great, affordable produce, and a good massage place next door that's not too pricey. It's really easy to get around here. There's also a Western restaurant that's tasty and doesn't break the bank, and a bar on the ground floor.
