The breakfast was fine and the room was also fine for the price. Maintenance was also quick to fix the AC.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a stone’s throw away from the beach and a variety of stores. The room is spacious and well-maintained, considering its affordable price point.

The location of the hotel is accessible to all we need. However, there's no complimentary aside from bottle water. Upon booking it says that the room has pool and city view but when we got there, it's not.

The place is very nice and also its very spacious for families. Gonna book again here if I visit Pattaya.

Good location. Staff very friendly but the hotel is very tired and needs a serious upgrade. Holes in the walls, very smelly drains and probably most serious, the boardwalk around the hotel has missing and loose boards. Very dangerous.

Good and decent price for this location, easy to access

Its location is not far from the beach and you can walk about 10 minutes then you will get to the beach. There are lots of shop and eating areas close to the hotel.

Rooms are large, swimming pool is up one flight, carry the toddler. No shallow end. There is a gym on site. All very good with a large terrace to sit out on. Good for the customer who want to smoke or sunbathe in there own apartment. Food from the kitchen/ restaurant

For the price this hotel is convenient and close to the beach. It’s also easy to get to the rest of Pattaya from here

Very dirty room especially the toilet It's like you didn't scrub the gooseneck. I'm Thai and I feel bad. If a foreigner overnight​ there Perhaps Thailand must embarrassed. Notice Trip.com should cancel this hotel from its website Room number 302 Please check room again. sincerely

The hotel is in a good location. That’s the only good thing I can say. The room and corridors smelt of cigarettes, the bathroom was mouldy and the water took so long to heat up I thought there was just cold water. After going out for dinner, we couldn’t get into the building and it took a lot of explaining from a Thai person to the Thai receptionist that we couldn’t get in. They didn’t offer to come and help us and see what the problem was just told us to go back to the reception, which is quite far. The staff pointed out that there is a key fob but they should have explained this when we checked in.
