cause of the jazz festival, they provide only a two single bedroom for me and my girlfriend, when I ask if they can help me to put two bed together,I can pay and I will help.
they rejected me instantly, even after contacting the agent,they can only help me to put the bed together next day.
very disappointed and I finally move to the hotel next to it,discovery Beach hotel.
p.s.hotel outlook is old,inside I didn't check in, so I can't see,but the service,except the bell boy,others 👎🏿

The location is good. Room is spacious. The hotel does need a revamp and lift. We had to carry up our luggage and having elderly going upstairs and down without a lift is abit hard for disabled.
The swimming pool definitely needs a clean , no one seems to be cleaning the hotel or managing it properly. It's got good potential. The room air conditioning needs to be service . Every night it's like your sleeping in damp bed.

Air cooler is not function well, not enough to control by myself,
Pillow cases, bedding should be well cleaned,
Towels for face & body needs to renewed,
No supply for toothpaste set

Worst experience I never had before,hotel staff has very bad attitude, no wifi, no friendly atmosphere with any hotel staff. Very bad breakfast, booked 5 rooms , every room has lizards everywhere..

Good location, close to everything, room service very bad , I put the "clean the room" sign in the morning, I come back 1:30 pm ,I see the sign still there. I check my room not clean yet! I call operator, housekeeper and reception staff all give me answers yes someone will come but never come! Finally I call front desk manager said someone will come right away! That was amost 4:00pm afternoon! What a great services ! I know now this 4stars hotel need to improve housekeeping services to keep their status in the future!
