Yesterday I had telephone contact with one of your employees with the following question: We had heard from friends that there was now a new section of hotel rooms at Lek Villa. Because we go to Thailand for 3 months every year, I wanted to take a look at your hotel. Okay, they said, if you come around 5 p.m., that will work. My husband and I were indeed there at 5 p.m. and we turned to the lady at the counter and had her read through my translation machine what we were doing. Nothing was said, just pointed to a chair where we could sit. After waiting 30 minutes, I walked back to the counter, was looked at very angry and irritated, and asked how much longer it could take. I was then treated in a very indecent manner, and she only said "full full" to which I politely asked why she had not said that immediately when we were at the counter, and also asked when it would be possible. I was then treated to a lot of very angry words and my husband and I left completely impressed. I would like to report this to you because I believe that this exceeds all standards of decency. I would like this complaint to be taken seriously and I will not report any news about it on social media at this time because this is not advertising for your hotel.
