10/10 best experience in Pattaya. Big rooms with indoor + outdoor shower in master bedroom, shared pool with 2 friends. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sea two pool is the best 👌👌👌

Very romantic and cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and good room service

Resort build was nice but not well maintained over time I suspect. Maybe business not as good. Location is off the tourist and busy area, which is good for couples wanting privacy. But it does mean that getting anywhere would be a car ride, unless you rented a vehicle. But pool villa was nice with lots of privacy within your villa. Nice & would recommend this place.

I had a nice stay. I had no real problem at that villa and stuff. Everyone were nice and welcoming. Thank you for your kind service.

Quite closed to Pattaya Tiger Park and Chocolate Factory making it a nice location for thr trip with kids. But the resort is a bit old and no USB charging.

Amazing all round

Simply put, Chinese people should not stay here. This is a fighter jet among garbage. There are almost no park facilities in the hotel, no scenery, and the rooms are decorated like rough houses. They force tips when ordering meals. All mini bar drinks are charged. Two bottles of mineral water are free every day. I asked for a few more bottles and they charged me before leaving. I was speechless at the time. As a resort hotel, they cleaned in the morning, otherwise there would be no one in the late afternoon, and who would wake up? It was difficult to communicate with the front desk. They looked down on people the whole time. I don’t know where their confidence came from. There are too many choices for 800 a day, and there are a lot of facilities, environments and services better than this one. I suggest everyone open their eyes.

The hotel service is very good. There is a 24-hour special bus from the hotel lobby to the door of the hotel room. The attitude of the hotel staff is very good. The hygiene in the room is good and the water in the swimming pool is also very clean. When I first searched for a 7-person room, I found a 3-bedroom villa with a maximum of 9 people. I told the hotel about a full booking and I was willing to change rooms. I asked for another bed. They said they could only provide an extra bed for one day and I had to pay for the next day. This place is very private. I've been there many times and I like it. It's not crowded and it feels like a real vacation.

The air conditioning is very bad and very hot. I called the front desk to change the room, and they said ok, but kept calling the technicians to come into the room to fix it. The experience was very bad. Everything costs money. When I opened the wardrobe, there was a bag that looked very old. Please note that it costs 1,000 baht. Don't use it. And for the family room I booked, a child over 1.2 meters tall also had to pay an additional 225 baht. They said it was for breakfast. But the breakfast was so little and so bad.
