Generally a good stay and the staff are a key strength. Cleanliness in the rooms could be improved, behind doors and beds and in the bathroom. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Location is good with local shops and eateries nearby and 2 minutes from the main rood where you can get transport into jomtien and pattaya.

Overall a good experience. Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday, and the coffee not great. There was no duvet or blanket on the bed, only a single.sheet. I had to request a blanket, and it still was very light. The staff are all very friendly, except maybe for the guy doing the sauna payments, not sure if he can smile. The sauna is a bit old and can do with a good renovation. I would stay here again.

An ordinary hotel with no frills, large rooms, no balconies, you can smoke right in the room. Towels are not of very high quality, rooms are cleaned every day.

Expected masseurs, rude clerk at baths said No, not here. Address confusing. Went to baths anyway, mostly over like me. Never found masseur.

A very nice and quiet place. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is attentive to the Customers. The quality of service is excellent. Pricing is ok. Access to the sauna is an added asset!
