The room type I booked had no windows, so as soon as I woke up, I'd take a taxi to the school by the sea and spend the whole day at the restaurant there. If you're on vacation, it's definitely worth booking a nicer room with a sea view. That way, you can just relax comfortably in the hotel every day.

Nice location and very clean. Staff were bit rude and not accommodating. Love the place if the staff were more friendly it can make the perfect experience.

It’s great experience

The hygiene was so-so, and there were cockroaches in the room. There were no disposable toiletries provided, and breakfast was very basic.

Just like the photos, it's right on the beachfront road, directly across from the sea. We had two rooms, and breakfast with a view of the ocean was incredibly relaxing.

Still a recommendable place, the price is decent. The location is very convenient, right by the sea.

I booked at 2.30pm and I check in at 4.30pm, last minute decide to join the Pattaya 3 days countdown concert at the beach side. Its a walking distance for 10-15mins only very convenience. Walking about 15min to Big C and 20min to Terminal 21. Definitely a good location. Cleanliness need to improve , many hair on the floor and the tower hanger is so old and rusty

I booked a room with a window but the window was just a decoration. I'm really disappointed

The hotel quite rundown. Nearby got better, newer option offering the similar price range. Cleanliness is terrible.... many ants in my room. And many cockroaches in my brother room. Wont choose this hotel if i know its this bad.
