August Suites

This hotel offers decent value for money, and it's conveniently located not far from the beach. You can also walk to Big C pretty quickly. However, the service is incredibly bad! After checking into the room, there was only hot water, no cold. I called for maintenance twice, and they both said someone would come to check it out, but after an hour, no one showed up. Eventually, I found an auntie in the hallway who helped me sort it out. The staff at the front desk mostly had a cold, indifferent attitude. On the other hand, the bellhops were very friendly and welcoming, even late at night, always opening doors with a smile. If it weren't for them, I would have given the service a 0 out of 5.

The hotel is in a central location, and the room was quite clean. However, I was woken up by dog barking at night.
