It's a nice hotel. If you pay directly, it is very budget. There is no kettle in the room but there is a fridge. The router on my floor was constantly not working. I wouldn't say I don't have many phones, but none could connect to the wifi. I had to go either out into the hallway or to the first floor. But I solved that problem by getting myself a sim card. The air conditioner didn't adjust the temperature for some reason. Perhaps I should have pressed something else. But it was fine for me. The hotel is in an Arab neighborhood. There are hookah lounges and a grocery store nearby. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the central beach. The room was quite spacious. There is a cab service at the reception. There are bicycle rickshaws near the hotel. Very nice view from the window. You have to leave a deposit at check in. This is the only hotel in Pattaya where I had to visit the reception so often and a lot for one thing or another. Overall very comfortable for the stay. Sometimes you could hear the neighbors. And that is very amusing.

Nice hotel , very new clean big room . Good value, same as pictures shown. Quiet surrounding. . Walking distance to everywhere.

Iris Palace is a nice Hotel in South Pattaya. The location is abit of a consideration, but it's great value for money. Very nice and friendly staffs, 24 hours room service and the cleanliness is beyond reproach...For 800baht a night, it's a sweet deal and massive value for money.

It bathroom smell bad. I stay there for 4 nights and no water to drink.

The staff accommodation is OK.

Hotel near Walking Street. Shops, massages within walking distance. The room is tired. No cleaning. Soundproofing is excellent. Window overlooks the neighboring building, which is 2 meters away. No hair dryer, no toiletries.

Overall, the room is good enough, but it is not suitable for those who do not prepare any money. We went as backpackers and were charged a 1,000 baht deposit. We thought it was expensive, like everywhere we went. We changed rooms twice. The first room had no air conditioning. The staff came up to adjust the remote control twice before we were able to change. The restaurant next to the hotel was delicious.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, other than that it is just average

The pictures obviously mislead and deceive consumers. There is a balcony in the pictures, but there is none in reality. The water pipe in the toilet is broken. I changed a room. Ctrip customer service was very good and tried to solve the problem for me and also gave me compensation.

It's very convenient to go to the pier and the room is very quiet, but the TV is very old
