It's located at the happening place. Facilities are good and the room is very big.

Admittedly clean, but so SO dated. No Wifi. Minimum facilities (2 mugs , 3 teaspoons and 3 water glasses for up to 4 persons!!) No reception desk to speak to with problems. No one on arrival despite notification of my time 4pm. Pool and all communal ways excellent. However this apartment should not be listed until fully renovated to 2024 standards

It was an unusual experience, on the one hand, a large room with good air conditioning, a very clean area near the pool, quiet day and night and this is a plus. On the other hand, there is a strange pile of building materials at the reception, which have clearly been there for a long time, since everything is covered with dust. Nobody is going to remove them. Cleaners clean the area every day, but you won't find anyone at the reception. The furniture in the room is very old, but everything worked. Towels were changed every day and plenty of bottles of water were provided. In general, I can say that we liked it and the location is very convenient, there is a bus depot nearby, a night market and a food market with European products are nearby. According to the reviews, it seemed to me that everything was much worse, but in reality everything is not so bad.

I've stayed in several resorts and this one is by far the worst. The taxi had a problem getting there at first, because there is no Chateau Dale Beach Resort. If you risk it, tell the driver it's called Chateau Dale Boutique Resort. Even the security at the gate was confused and sent us away at first, but I decided to ask at the desk. The front desk is never manned. After waiting 10 minutes, someone finally arrived and told me that I was in the right place. She showed me a tablet to select my name of a list of 2 people checking in that day. Not sure if I should see someone else's booking data. The room was a sauna when I arrived, but the air conditioning eventually cooked off the room. The room was adequate, but the eclectic heater barely lasted 2 minutes to keep the water lukewarm. There is no phone in the room and there is only WiFi in the lobby. There is a lounge just off the lobby, which both are open air rooms. A big part of the lobby is under construction as well as the bathroom in the lobby. Apparently the room above me was under construction as well since I would wake up to drilling and hammering early in the morning. I'm writing this on my last night in this place, because I'm sitting in the lobby while getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. I wanted to quickly grab something from the Seven Eleven down the street and left my key in the room. I talked to the security at the gate and they said I had to call a locksmith or wait for the staff to arrive in the morning. It was only midnight, so either I have a long wait while getting bit by mosquitoes or waste even more money on this place. Speaking of price, there are places nicer and cheaper that are even closer to the beach. In my honest opinion, I would avoid this place.

Everything is old. Air conditioner not cool in the hot summer. Service quite poor. the location of condominium far away the central and beach. The recepionist alway absent have to call for any service and maintenance. there is only one bed room, the other is sofa bed.

The big problem was no internet in the rooms and the internet at reception was always broken. When I asked if they were going to fix it they would always say tomorrow but tomorrow never came. Also reception was not air conditioned and unmanned.

The resort is showing its age, but still very comfortable and clean, with more services then listed in resort details.( kitchen is better and plenty of secure parking) The grounds and pool are brilliant, staff very helpful.
