Relatively new hotel in a central location. Staff is very attentive and service oriented. Good stay, but. I didn’t enjoy the food at the hotel bistro.

Very nice stay. Got upgraded to a better room as I was returning customer. All staff are very friendly and everywhere is super clean!

Every staff member at this hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Kee. She really made me feel at home 👍. I saw her every day interacting with guests in different areas of the hotel, listening to their feedback and needs 👍. The breakfast buffet offers a different variety every day 👍, and the hotel pool is a must-visit every day, so comfortable. I'm already looking forward to my next vacation here.

The hotel's location is excellent, especially if you're looking for the vibrant nightlife on Bukkau Road – just turn left when you step outside. It's a quiet, clean, and tidy hotel with warm and polite staff. The breakfast is great, offering delicious noodles and pork rib soup with bamboo pith. For coffee lovers, there are two automatic coffee machines and a pour-over option. A special shout-out to the fantastic shower with its strong water flow and pressure – something I really appreciate as I dislike weak showers. The lobby managers are all very polite and welcoming, and Ms. Kee Dear provided excellent service as well.

Hotel Amber Pattaya is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool with sunbeds, and a good hot sauna. The gym, however, is extremely small and could definitely be improved. My main issue was that the hotel felt too crowded for its size, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for peace, quiet, or a more relaxing atmosphere. The staff were generally very friendly, especially Kee, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. The check-in service could have been a little warmer and more welcoming, but overall I had a good experience. Nice hotel in central Pattaya, but personally, it was too busy and crowded for me, so I probably wouldn’t return.

I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. After sightseeing, I'd return to the hotel and spend the hot afternoons by the pool. The beer and som tam were delicious. In the evening, I'd walk about 10 minutes to the night market for dinner, enjoying dishes like pad Thai. There are also affordable massage places nearby. Even as a solo female traveler, it wasn't too dark, and I felt safe walking around at night.

Beautiful hotel located in a central location here in Pattaya. Great rooms, pool, gym and facilities. Buffet breakfast was a highlight. Staff provided exceptional service.
