Tycoon Place Garden

The hotel is average overall. The rooms are quite basic, but the main issue during my stay was the presence of ants in the room. I hope the management takes care of this pest control problem

Don’t stay in this hotel , hotel reception don’t follow safety rule , anyone can come to your room and hit you , they have no responsibility of you if u bring people from outside bring at you own risk

old buildings and the one thing i can warn you is about the mattress is hard, sleep feels like on the floor idk is it only in my room or the others too but the plus point the staffs are nice & helpful and there’s a 711 in front of the hotel alleys

Balcony is not protected from bird poop. Would not stay here again unfortunately. Location is good though

To be honest hotel full of ant and small small something walk walk in floor and bed sheet and pillows also towels not clean too many stains room very old the bed have lots of voice if you movie left right in the bed at night Important things shower heather not work and sorry to say but bathroom smell very bad maybe they will improve their room and service soon thanks :)
