One Patio Hotel Pattaya Reviews

Another wonderful time with the delightfully friendly staff at One Patio for our 6th stay. See you again next month.

I was very impressed with my stay at One Patio Pattaya 💙 The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, clean and beautifully decorated rooms that look modern and show attention to detail. The staff provided excellent service, offering a warm welcome and being ready to assist throughout my stay. The location is also great, convenient for getting around, and close to many attractions and restaurants. It's suitable for family vacations, couples, or business trips. Overall, it's a hotel where you can feel the care and attention from check-in to check-out. It's one of the accommodations in Pattaya that left a lasting impression, and I would definitely come back to stay again. ✨

The hotel is excellent, from the service and rooms to the absolutely superb breakfasts. The location is simply amazing – everything is close by: the terminal, Marina center, Beach Road, and massage parlors are all within walking distance. The rooms themselves and the pool are great. The housekeeping was uncharacteristically thorough for Asia – they even vacuumed and *washed* the floors, not just wiped them, which was a pleasant surprise. There's a slight damp smell, but that's understandable given the high humidity in Thailand; you can't escape it. I want to specifically mention the breakfasts – everything was delicious, diverse, and top-notch. There was a wide selection of dishes, various egg preparations, made-to-order noodle soup, and always cream soups and plain rice soups. Plus, a huge array of desserts, jams, peanut butter, waffles, pancakes, and different coffee options, including individually brewed coffee. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Overall, next time I'm in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this district and this hotel again.

Great location with a mall and night market nearby! The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, but the shower area could use a door. Staff member PRIM was friendly, polite, and had a lovely, welcoming smile!

As always, everything was just superb: location, service, staff, and diverse breakfasts to suit all tastes. Massage parlors, eateries, fruit stands, and shopping centers are all within walking distance.

Title: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nawa’s thoughtfulness made my stay truly unforgettable I don’t usually write long reviews, but this time I have to – because of Nawa. From the very first moment I arrived, Nawa greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. But what really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful Nawa was throughout my entire stay. It wasn’t just about doing the job – it was the little things that showed real care. For example, Nawa remembered my preference for a quiet room without even being asked, and made sure I got one. Each morning, Nawa would ask how I slept and if I needed anything extra, always with that bright, friendly energy. Every interaction felt personal and sincere. Nawa always remembered my name, always asked about my day, and always made sure I had everything I needed before I even asked. It’s rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with such genuine warmth and kindness. Thanks to Nawa, my stay wasn’t just comfortable – it was heartwarming. I will definitely come back, and I will strongly recommend this hotel to all my friends. Nawa is a true asset to your team – please recognise this wonderful staff member!

This is my second stay here, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. The hotel is clean and tidy, with a balcony, parking, and a swimming pool available for guests. The rooms are also larger than average hotels.

I liked the location, cleanliness, the charming and intimate hotel, the free mini-bar, good beds, bedding, and towels. The breakfasts were very diverse, leaning more towards European, but absolutely delicious!!! What I didn't like: a ginger-colored, mustachioed cockroach named Valera shared our room. Also, if there were bathrobes, it would be convenient to walk to the pool (which you access through the main reception area). And the soundproofing between rooms was very, very poor.

A beautiful and very clean hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. As for the location: Terminal 21 is just a 5-minute walk away. There are tons of cafes, shops, and currency exchange offices nearby. The beach is about a 15-minute walk. The pool is really great!

Excellent location near terminal 21. The honeymoon suite is good. The staff is friendly and professional.

The environment is great, 10/10, and the transportation is very convenient. However, the staff's room assignment process is seriously problematic. I originally booked two rooms, and they assigned one to building A and the other to building B. I naturally thought their entire process was flawed and had to argue with them. After much reluctance, they finally gave us two rooms on the same floor. This was right at the beginning of the room assignment period, so it would have been perfectly possible to accommodate my request. I don't understand why they had to do that. Strange staff.

Good hotel, everything is nearby, lots of shops and massage parlors. There's a shopping mall and the central beach close by, though you can't really swim there.

Clean room, great ambiance, close to the beach, and a fantastic breakfast.

Quite a convenient location.
