Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and 5 days. Just checked out yesterday. The water in the bathroom was yellow in 2 rooms, causing yellow stains in the toilet bowl. Flushed the toilet bowl, but the new water was yellow. The bathtub was even worse. Couldn't soak in it. Tired from traveling, so let it go because we came as a big family and didn't want to move to a separate room. The maid saw it when she came to clean but didn't inform the technician to fix it because the customer didn't complain. On the 4th day, the water started to clear. I don't know if it was the water that had been stuck in the pipe or not, but I don't want to use the word dirty. I want to say it doesn't look clean at all... and another room with water that wasn't yellow found a big cockroach in the bathroom when I entered the room on the first day, but the staff came to catch it, so let it go. I want the shower cap to be refilled every day. I got 1 piece for 2 days. Coffee sachets should be provided for 2 rooms. They refilled 1 sachet. I had to ask for it from my mother's room, who doesn't drink coffee... Personally, I think that the room price should be better. But the hotel is beautiful and well decorated. Please improve and fix it.

This hotel is relatively inconvenient because it is really far away without a car. The air in the hotel was very cold that day. I had to wait for more than half an hour to tell the front desk about the news. There were not many breakfast options!

The hotel looks gloomy. There are few service employees. The lights in the room were not bright and the corridor was very dark. Elevator malfunctions while in use The room booked is a sea view type, where only part of the view is not suitable for the price paid.

It is a hotel with very spacious rooms. The bathroom is big and well equipped, the bed is comfortable, the view is good, but it's a pity it's not next to the sea where you can swim. (But it's not stuck here because I don't want to swim in the sea.) The swimming pool is good, but it's directly next to it and you have to walk to a separate building. The reception service is good and the area to sit and wait for check-in is spacious. Delicious welcome drink The breakfast is excellent. Overall, the stay was good. There's nothing to criticize at all.

The communication situation at the front desk was a bit worse, but the overall process was still comfortable.
