Front & room service was very nice. Facilities were inconvenienced cause of hotel renovation but the location is excellent.

The staff's good service and pleasant room were good. The gym had a lot of good equipment, so it was good to exercise. Unfortunately, the breakfast restaurant was in another building, which was inconvenient, but the food was delicious

Customer service is excellent. Room is clean and maid is so helpful. I am enjoying this stays this is more of family hotel now if you are looking for more space without young kids at the pool. You may check their chain hotels pool

Good location for see fireworks

Hotel was okay, gym is okay, need to walk to different buildings and places to get a towel but it’s nearby. Shower was confusing to use, wouldn’t stay again. Outdoor pool is for kids and the adult pool is at mood hotel across the street which is a really bad pool.

Check in and check out was very quick and receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We only had a breakfast and it was excellent and so many varieties to accommodate everyone. Location was great. Close by laundry service and mall. At the mall there is a food court and you can eat very cheap.

Swimming pool is located in a different hotel, Mood hotel, and it's a small pool. A year ago we were allowed to use the pool in the a-one royal hotel.

Everything was good except for the new rule that you have to pay 100 baht/person to use the pool near Fat Coco and 200 baht/person to use the sauna. These two amenities used to be free of charge. I think it would be better to just factor in these fees into the hotel room rates.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the buffet was pretty good. This hotel is good for smaller families.
