When I book the hotel, I put remark to have higher floor room. When I check in, they put us in lowest floor. They don't respect our comment. I complain strongly. They move us to higher floor. When we stay, at the night time, you can hear TV and talking clearly from other room. Toilet is leaking water...ask them to fix. Improve little bit....but still have. Bath room water is very weak. Some time better, some time very slow. In general, I will not stay in this hotel anymore. Service is very bad. Hotel is very old. Wall is thin.

Room are big and nice swimming pool. Staffs are nice and helpful. Location a bit far from the beach but take 5 mins to T21 mall, so I think it’s ok!

This hotel is perfect for a family trip. The rooms are spacious, and the location is excellent – you can walk to Terminal 21, and it's not far from the Pattaya bus station.
