The front desk staff were lovely and welcoming, but they wouldn't give us an extra key card, even after we explained that an elderly person was in the other room and we needed to check on them occasionally. They told us to call staff to open the door each time. The room itself wasn't clean. There were black dust bunnies stuck to the walls. The bathroom's bathtub was old with black stains around it, and the handles were dirty, clearly not cleaned in a long time. The electric kettle had white residue around the rim that easily wiped off with a finger, showing it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bedding was fine, clean, and didn't have any strange smells. The view was great; the front desk upgraded us to a pool view, where we could see both the sea and the Pattaya sign.

Location is good. Breakfast is ok but almost the same every day.Suggestions given to the staff for the betterment fall on deaf ears & are not implemented despite inconvenience to the guests.

TV is very old, not working properly. Gym has broken instruments. Location and other things are good.

The breakfast was below average not worth mentioning or even paying for , the hotel has warnings and signs regarding unreasonable stuff as less as food written a 100 times all over the hotel . Basic house keeping supplies that you expect from a resturant like a shaving kit , comb etc is not provided . The towels stink of unwashed bleach and are not changed even after requesting

The hotel was convenient for a one night stay. The breakfast (mostly Indian food) was good. The room was clean and spacious and the shower was hot. We checked in late and the desk was still open which was ideal for us.

1. 90% of the guests at this hotel are Indian. Around 2 or 3 AM, when I went to the 7-Eleven next door, I saw them queuing for condoms and then bringing call girls back to the hotel. 2. My room was missing towels. After showering, I realized there were no towels, so I had to dry myself with toilet paper. 3. The room's key card access is terrible. It often wouldn't work, or the power wouldn't turn on. I had to go back and forth three times just to get into my room and get the electricity working. It was incredibly frustrating.

Quite a difference from the pictures online. Only stayed because it’s close to the pier to Koh Larn. Breakfast was…underwhelming. Staff was sassy but ok.
