Bonjour! We stayed at this hotel, which is actually a 3-star, not a 5-star as indicated by Trip.com. It's clean but old. We stayed in a 60-square-meter room with a king-size bed plus a single bed. It was difficult to get an extra towel for my 8-year-old son. This was due to the abysmal and catastrophic welcome we received from the two daytime receptionists. These women couldn't even say hello when we arrived and were very aggressive and rude towards us. The bathtub in the bathroom is totally impractical and leaked all over the floor every time we showered. Never again.

Excellent cleaning, no complaints there. The hotel's location is even better for Russian-speaking guests. Breakfasts are average, but understandable; you won't go hungry. There isn't really a gym; if there were a proper one, this place would be unbeatable. The staff is polite and friendly.

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen t. curtains block out the light perfectly. While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish. 🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms ✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out. although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

Great location. Near the nightlife and a ten minute walk from the beach. A great cleaner on my floor had the room cleaned by 11am every day which is perfect for me. I take medication around lunch time and need to sleep afterwards. A clean fresh room with a good Aircon made my stay great. Small swimming pool Very ornate but tiny. Very busy from morning until late afternoon. Limited beds and chairs. No sun for most of the pool area. Not good for swimming or sun bathing. The children seem to enjoy it including the Indian Men who behaved in and around the pool like "big kids" TV old with very few English speaking channels that were clear Room was big and a good sized balcony. Bath tub step into shower was good but needs an anti slip mat. Lights were not all working. No black out quality curtains. Dosnt bother me I can sleep with the curtains pulled back. But if lights and sounds disturb you be aware Big noisy fridge Great size bed I got a great deal and would stay again at the right price But will probably stay elsewhere Staff efficient

Room is very spacious. The balcony is nice to chill and have coffee in the morning.

The room was well-equipped, but the air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel quickly moved me to another room.

Excellent hotel! Great breakfasts! It's a bit noisy due to its location next to the road, but that's also a plus because you can quickly hop on a tuk-tuk to anywhere in Pattaya. The rooms are large, and the furniture is wooden (I absolutely love that, so a special thank you to the hotel for it). The service is excellent, daily housekeeping, and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel location is very close to walking street. The interior of the rooms are very Thai which is nice. Staff are nice too.

Thoroughly impressed with this hotel at the price point. The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge  The pool is clean and well kept  The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.  The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road  The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

I stayed at this hotel from May to June 2026. The hotel has a very convenient location, with shops nearby and excellent transport links. The hotel is clean, rooms are tidied daily, and shampoos and shower gels are replenished regularly – there's always enough. The breakfast is good, offering both European and Asian cuisine. There's a pool, but it's small; I didn't use it, preferring to walk to the beach (5-10 minutes) or take a boat from the pier to the islands. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby to suit all tastes and budgets. Getting to central Pattaya is easy, either by tuk-tuk for 10 baht or comfortably by Bolt taxi. It's very convenient that there's a bus station nearby (a 5-minute walk) from which you can reach the airport or Bangkok.
