Located in a more quiet location of Pattaya, the property is located next to a small market with local restaurants nearby as well as the northern bus station. The property also has an outdoor basketball court (half-court) as well as a restaurant and pool.

The room for three people is okay. It's spacious. The air conditioner is okay. The water flows strongly. However, some of the equipment doesn't work very well.

The hotel is located near 711, two Thai hot pot and barbecue restaurants, many restaurants, a medium-sized local market where you can buy breakfast and dinner, and a massage parlor. The hotel also has parking spaces, including an outdoor parking lot. The room has a good view and is very cost-effective. It seems to be a family-run hotel. But be careful when driving out. The motorcycles there are not very good. Many local students drive motorcycles and hit them when turning after signing out. It's very troublesome.

I like the pool. It's not too big or too small, just right. There's both a kid pool and an adult pool. The water is very clear. The pool is also big and wide and clean.

There is no indoor parking because there are few parking spaces and monthly customers have rented all the spaces. You have to park outdoors next to the hotel, which is very inconvenient when it rains. I would like to see the parking improved and developed to protect from the sun and rain. All the pillows with kapok fibers are deformed and all lumpy. All the pillows should be replaced. The TV is an old screen which is not attached because it can be turned on, but the picture is not clear at all. Everything else is okay, acceptable at the price of 5xx baht per night for booking through the app.

The location is about 800m from Pattaya North Bus Station and about 16 minutes walk. There is no sidewalk in front of the hotel and about 500m on the other side, which is inconvenient. There is a local market next to the hotel that is open in the afternoon and sells cooked and raw food. The hotel's internal facilities are a bit old but still clean and useful. The swimming pool can be used.

The location is a bit far, but the service staff are very good.
