Decent place for the price. Restaurant there is average and service is not as friendly as you'd expect.

It is worth for the money. Location is good. Cleaners will mop the floor everyday. Room is spacious Is old though, don't expect tiptop painting, amenities, etc If you want clean, new, etc, choose a 4 or 5 star hotel then Only - points for me is without hairdryer, safe deposit box. Overall is good for solo travellers who is not very fussy.

Great hotel, probably best positioned place in pattaya, big comfortable rooms, really great helpful staff. Fully recommend this hotel without any hesitation

An older hotel in a good location. It even has a large swimming pool. Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. The rooms have everything you need: good air conditioning, a large refrigerator, and a balcony. The only thing that might bother some guests is the lack of a safe in the room. However, you can get one at reception, and it's secure. The price-performance ratio is okay. And right across the street is a currency exchange office that always has the best exchange rate.

I really liked everything, this is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. Excellent location, nearby there is a 7/11, massage parlors, bars.

Located along Soi Buakhao, it's convenient to take a songthaew and there are plenty of motorbike taxis right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient for transportation. There are plenty of food stalls and restaurants along the street, and Tree Town is conveniently close by. The hotel itself isn't particularly nice, but it's extremely cheap, so I always use it.
