An older hotel being brought back to life. Large nicely decorated rooms with kitchens like an apartment. Nice beds with comfortable bedding. Mine had a good sized balcony. The staff was very nice. These would make great family vacation rooms where it would be nice to be able to make lunch for the children. Two short blocks to the beach.

I always stay at Nirvana Suites as it offers the best value for money, rooms are huge, service is excellent. It is my home away from home.

Near the sea, walk 150 meters down to the beach to play in the sea. Food nearby is convenient, cheap, all levels. The staff is cute, good service, very talkative. The room is spacious, there is a pantry to assemble, heat food. Decorated in a beautiful Lanna style, the room is very spacious, has a balcony, and a garden to sit and drink coffee. Look at the view in front of the hotel when entering. The limitation is that there is no elevator. But the hotel has only three floors. If you don't have a problem walking up the stairs, it's ok. And there is a musty smell. Because it is an old hotel that has been open for a long time. It is the only concern (but I saw some reviews that they like this kind of smell). There are quite a lot of foreign tourists (especially the elderly) in the area. It is quite crowded like in Soi Muang Krung. There is not enough parking space. Overall, I give a high score. There is only a musty smell. For some people, it may not be a problem. But I personally don't like the musty smell. Other than that, it's ok.

It looks OK in the pictures, but it's really speechless when you actually go there. It's in a small alley, not to mention that there are no slippers or toothbrushes. If they are not provided, it doesn't matter. You can remind them when booking the room, so that you can prepare in advance. The room is big enough, but there are many mosquitoes, and there are many bars next to it. Fortunately, when we went there, the Wanfo Festival did not allow bars to open. The sheets are very damp and have a little smell. The air conditioner is like a tractor when it is turned on. In short, it is a terrible experience. The only winning point is that the price is cheap and it is very close to the beach.

Very good homely hotel, few rooms, no noise. Excellent location on a quiet street, close to 2 night markets, which is very convenient, many different cafes, shops, the beach 200 meters from the hotel. The hotel has very tasty breakfasts, I enjoyed eating their Thai ones the dishes are very tasty. The room is cleaned every day, linen and towels are changed too. The room has a kitchen, which is also very convenient, we bought shrimp and cooked them ourselves. Special thanks to the staff for their attitude towards vacationers, they will always help if you need anything, everything very friendly. The holiday was a success, thanks to everyone!🥰

The hotel is very good. The decoration is exquisite. I like it very much. The service is friendly. Breakfast is served from 8 to 11 o'clock. It's perfect for lazy people.

Not enough air conditioning at all

Отличный отель, магазины, рынки, море - все в шаговой доступности. Приветливый персонал помогут с чем угодно.

Расположене отеля хорошее, завтраки тоже можно отметить как плюс, но в отеле 2 минуса, которые перечеркнули все! Грязь во всех углах не убиралась годами, дырка на диване, на котором должен спать гость. Постельное белье на диван пришлось выпрашивать. Дали простынь и одеяло без пододеяльника. Благо подушки были лишние на кровати, взяли с неё.. Но самое ужасное, это толпы муравьёв. Они есть везде, мы это знаем и понимаем, но в таком количестве - это не нормально. Не возможно было спать, на кровати просто дорожки из муравьев. Естественно они кусаются. Полотенца в муравьях, вытираюсь после душа или умывания и меня кусают. Перетряхивали все постоянно и полотенца и белье. Потом нам стало понятно, почему в отеле жуткий запах химии. Они постоянно брызгают от муравьев. Но там настолько вся деревянная мебель старая и громозкая, что муравьи себя прекрасно чувствуют.

Сравнительно не плохой тайский отель, в достаточно приятном стиле. Бассейн есть, не большой, мы не пользовались. Завтраки очень слабо, каждый день одно и тоже, поэтому если охота тайской кухни, то придётся кушать не здесь.

Overpriced in comparison to Pattaya's nicer hotels. Good location close to the beach. The staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious with Kitchenette & balcony, but the floor tiles are difficult to walk on because of how deep and wide their spaces are (grooved). Take into consideration that there is no elevator and the stairs are so steep with narrow treads, it is a struggle to reach your floor. Weak soundproofing allows you to hear music from the bars across from the hotel and and the movements of vehicles in your room. Fortunately, the area isn't very crowded. The breakfast is basic but enough to start your day. Good WiFi. On my next visit to Pattaya, I would prefer to look for a different accommodation in the same neighbourhood.

Nirvana Boutique Suites is an absolute gem of a property. Everything from the breakfast to the room were superb. I really appreciated the fantastic staff and how they made my kids and I feel at home. It is a stone's throw from the beach with a clean and child friendly pool. I liked it so much that I made a reservation for the next time I'll be in the neighborhood.

It was nice enough. The included breakfast filled you up enough. It's in a quiet street within walking distance to the beach. If you're looking for a relaxed vibe, then this would suit you. Close enough to everything you may need. Nice food nearby and lots of foreigners around.
