I must express that after arriving The hotel? We have the forced to agree the addition terms and no food and drinks from outside? Do I really renting a hotel room or just a high grade prison? And the restaurant service stop at 10 PM ?!

Room was not as clean as expected. Does not provide traveller adaptor for guests. Great breakfast.

This hotel is a five star hotel but I think don't come up to standard the cleaning lady was it her elevator with the sheets no staff elevator and the window just showed building work 😳

This hotel is a maximum of three stars near the construction site, the room is very dirty.

The service is great! As soon as we stepped out of our taxi our luggage was taken care off, check in went quickly but since we arrive before 2pm we needed to wait a bit before we can enter the room. The room was clean, it is nice and big and it is as described. I would say that the bathtub was a bit small for me and I am 175cm tall, in the night it can get a bit noisy due to multiple bars being close by however it didn't bother me personally. There are some free items for the minibar like a coke and some water which is a nice extra. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. I forgot to take pictures but the room looked like advertised.

The hotel is located in the heart of Pattaya. While it is more like a 4-star hotel, overall it meets all the needs for a short stay to rest in Pattaya. Have friendly staff with great support.

Lovely hotel in the right place. You can walk the nearby roads and choose a local Thai girl for company and comfort. Room is large and clean. Swimming pool and breakfast is good. Best of the all the staff are polite and helpful . I recommend the hotel and have stayed many times.

Very good location near to beach and malls. Friendly staff. Breakfast healthy , a little more variety would be perfect.

The service was great, but the breakfast selection was quite limited.
