Very good location. Almost always has rooms. Big pool. Breakfast could be better.

Hotel up in the mountians. Hard to call for car. Room is nice with big bathroom and nice view. Has parking and many restaurants nearby. Only spot avaliable for good price during new years. So no complaints. Thanks for having me.

Hotel has its charm and have an international flavour. Huge swimming pool. Good if more areas are shaded. Ample sitting down areas on every floor and in the lobby. Difficulty connecting to wifi and restroom does not have hot water in the shower. Restroom is rather small

The TV in the rooms does not show, everything is dim, it is impossible to watch. Breakfast is very meager and monotonous. And now the most important thing is the pool!!! It is in a deplorable state. The most dangerous is the children's area!!! Where children swim, safety should come first. Tiles are chipped off everywhere, there are sharp edges under the water. My son cut his foot while swimming in this pool. The hotel administration did not react to this. Boorish attitude of the manager towards visitors. He also accused us that it was my child’s own fault. Thanks to the girl Vlada at the reception, who did everything to help us. As a result, they required stitches and swimming was prohibited. Throughout the holiday, the child sat and watched others bathe. Two days later the situation repeats itself with another child. Result: a vein in the arm was damaged, the bleeding was barely stopped. Again the hospital, again stitches... No one closes the pool. They don't do anything.
