Terrible…Old facility. Water heater too old and couldn’t work and changed room but it same couldn’t work , no hot water shower … the first room is ok but when I changed room dirty bed sheets and Pillow cover Definitely not changed new one , it’s old one someone used this room I don’t wanna go aginn this hotel 절대 가지 마세요 , 더러워요

The environment of the garden is beautiful

The hotel is very old. It needs urgent maintenance. While there are so many alternative hotels in Pattaya, I would say do not go near this place.

Overall ok, no noise, calm, convenient to walk to buy things. But there's a problem with some of the lamps not being usable. Some lights won't turn on. The lamps are just there, there are no bulbs, I secretly feel like it's messy. The room is spacious and has a bathtub, but it's secretly old. The water is not very warm and tends towards the cold. There aren't many viewpoints.

The facility has a garden and a pool. The room has a bathtub. The male manager and the female manager who works at night are friendly and solve any problems. The accommodation is good for the price. It is convenient for shopping and using the food court, and it is a 100m walk to BigC. The only problem is that the livehouse on South Street is noisy from 11pm to 2am. From the intersection of Line 3 Sukhumvit and South Pattaya Thai, walk about 50m along South Street and enter a soi about 50m. It is inconvenient if you don't have transportation, and the trucks and buses on South Avenue are often crowded and unreliable. The room has a bathtub, but the cheaper rooms only have a shower. Due to the end of the coronavirus pandemic and the peak dry season, accommodation in Pattaya has become more expensive, but the price here is affordable. Shopping and swimming in Central is not convenient.

The hotel is on the road, the entrance to South Pattaya. The air conditioning is cool, the bed is good. But breakfast has rice some days. Mostly it is Pakistani food, mataba, roti, so it is not to my taste. Overall, it is good and cheap.

The receptionist seems to dislike Thai female tourists. What prejudice do you have? They pay the same amount as other tourists.
