Here is suitable if you looking for hotel budget, good location and have the parking, the room size a bit small but worth the price you’re paid. The staff are careless, they forget to activate the room card, once I reached the room the card unable to open I need to go down at reception again and activate the card, it was a bad experienced.

At night, there is Thai food in front of the hotel, which is very convenient and cheap. Every time I come to Pattaya, I will choose this hotel, which is too cost-effective.

The hotel is new and the location is convenient. However, on the facilities perspective it’s not comparable with the other hotel options nearby. The swimming pool is small, the gym room facilities is barely exist, the lifts are packed around the peak service period, the parking is not convenient.

Amazing stay! We booked a Space suite. Spacious. Nice view outside the bedroom balcony and windows. Relaxing stay. Jacuzzi was exceptional my son had a fabulous time. Hotel has small gestures that made you feel welcoming. Some snacks and drinks everyday in case you needed some nibbles. The safe wasn't working twice, said it had an error. Our room was right at the end and staff came and sorted it out from the time I called them to finishing the set up took under 10 minutes. 3rd time I called them the toilet had bubbles coming up from the draining hole. Staff came and sorted it out in the middle of the night in 10 minutes. Really efficient service! Making up room was so fast. I went down for breakfast 1hr. Spotless when I came back. Breakfast was really nice. A large variety and we were able to book in advance for 3 different timeslots to choose from. Avoided long queuing and waiting for food. Any nationality would find something they'd like. The water park was amazing! Big enough for my son to get tired. Suitable for all ages. Water wasn't deep. You'd feel safe. Children's clubhouse was nice. 2 floored. Could sign up for different activities, ensured every child had a fair share of the activities. The hotel would give you tokens where you'd be able yo exchange it for a souvenir or two. This was quite a nice gesture. Hotel is around 10mins walk to a shopping centre and some smaller shops. Big enough to get a nice bite to eat and to look around. Memorable stay, would definitely consider coming back! The hotel was recommended by two of my other friends. I thought it couldn't be that great but it definitely lived up to my expectations and I've stayed in a lot of nice hotels around the world.

I had a wonderful stay at Centara Mirage Pattaya! The hotel is very nice, with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The water park was a highlight — not just for kids, but for adults too! I had so much fun and really enjoyed my time there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

I am recently stayed at the Mandarin Eastville Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. However, I did notice a slight issue with the balcony area: there were bird droppings on the floor and the seat cushions. While this didn’t majorly impact my stay, a bit more attention to outdoor maintenance would elevate the experience. The breakfast selection was a highlight!
