The environment is very beautiful and belongs to a villa hotel. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. But Ctrip's guide map is wrong. The English name of the hotel: Avila Resort Pattaya is correct. The Chinese name is written on Ctrip as Avila Resort Hotel in Pattaya. The map leads to a remote and desolate road, with a single house at the end. As soon as they approached, two big wolfhounds barked at the courtyard gate, very scared. In desperation, I searched for the English name of the hotel on Google maps. The Chinese name showed that it was Pattaya Jomtien Echak Hotel, but the hotel photos were exactly the same. The difference between the two places is tens of kilometers. After taking the Shuangtiao car twice, and then following the Google map guidance, I finally found the correct location. I hope that Ctrip can fix it as soon as possible to avoid running in the wrong place.

I booked sea view room double bed, when I arrived they said wait until 2pm to check in. The room was 2 single beds low floor not much sea view. ThenI came to talk to reception they said there were only 2 options: 1) double bed with no sea view, 2) sea view with 2 single beds put together. I have prepaid for sea view room with double bed but I had to accept double bed with no sea view. I am very unhappy with the bad service arrogant attitude of front desk staff.

A brand new hotel, 5 feet big, 2 beds, 4 pillows per bed, really awesome. The inside of the hotel smells good, very clean, there are welcome drinks for you to drink at all times, there is parking. The hotel is in Thepprasit. Didn't get from Rueang Rueang Bus Terminal to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Service staff like friends Very attentive I give 10/10 everything is good. I want to edit only the TV channels. Receive few channels But there is YouTube available. netflix can watch The TV screen is very big and clear. I recommend it and will go back to stay again.
