I stayed at Easy Planet Pattaya, formerly known as Red Planet, and had a very good experience overall. The hotel is perfectly located right opposite Central Marina, making it extremely easy to find food, cafes, and shopping options within a short walk. Convenience stores and local transport are also nearby. The room is compact but very clean and well-maintained, with fresh bed sheets, bright lighting, and strong air conditioning. Wi-Fi is stable, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s a great choice for budget travelers who want comfort, cleanliness, and easy access to everything in central Pattaya. Excellent value for money — I’d be happy to stay here again.

Called the receptionist to complain about the noise from the cleaners , cleaners talking outside room waking me up a few times , after calling to complain , the workers hand phone ringtone ring no stop , outside room , don’t know how to sleep at all ring every 10-15 seconds very loudly

This hotel is very nicely decorated with cute an cheerful smileys. The location is strategic, walking distance to nearby malls - Central Marina Outlet, Terminal 21 & Central Pattaya. It is also very near to the beach. There are many eateries and massage parlours. The facilities in the hotel are suffice. This hotel has a small pool ideal for 2 pax at a time. For the room, would be great if tissues are provided as well instead of just toilet roll. The opening of the bathroom door is rather narrow, making it slightly challenging to exit the bathroom without touching the wall of the bathroom. Nonetheless , highly recommended!

I felt safe during the whole stay! Seaview room was clean, big bed! Good pillows. Roofterrace is spacious with great view

(Dee tower) - Nice and clean room. - wifi speed strong - breakfast is nice - location is still ok depending which tower u stay - staff is friendly - Too many guest from a certain ASIA country infested the place which makes the place uncomfortable base on their culture and saw the staff being bullied by their unreasonable request and demand. Sad to say it’s our 1st time trying this hotel and even the hotel did a fantastic job , majority of my friends asked won’t be back the next time.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right across from Terminal 21, my favorite mall, and the next street over has a strip full of massage parlors and eateries. Chinatown is also nearby, and it's a short walk to various shows. There's a pool downstairs, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. Food delivery can be brought right to your door. The only downside is that the sea view rooms are too small; we could only put our two large suitcases on the floor.

This hotel is within walking distance of a large shopping mall, Tiffany's Show, and the big beach. It's also not far from the Sanctuary of Truth and North Pattaya Bus Terminal, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride. The room was clean, well-equipped, and spacious. The staff were warm and friendly, and always offered to help with luggage. There were complimentary welcome fruits in the fridge on our first day. Things to note: - A cash deposit is required (seems to be standard for hotels in Thailand?). - Laundry facilities are limited to coin-operated machines about 100 meters outside the hotel. - Traffic can be heavy nearby, so it's best to call a taxi 10-20 minutes in advance. Overall, I was quite satisfied and would come back again.

Despite being near the busy city center, the hotel remains quiet and peaceful inside, giving guests the best of both worlds—convenience and comfort. Facilities: The facilities were decent and perfectly functional, plus there's a children's pool. Cleanliness: Since my daughter is still in diapers, we often had to call housekeeping for assistance with cleaning up messes, and they were always very prompt. Environment: The surroundings were quite peaceful. Conveniently, there's a pharmacy and a 7-Eleven convenience store right by the main entrance, and the beach is just behind the property. Service: Excellent. Whenever we called for assistance, staff arrived very quickly.

First impressions were excellent - the hotel is very beautiful, stylish, and cozy. The common areas are lovely, the staff at check-in was friendly, and our corner room seemed spacious and clean. We were really happy and excited for a relaxing vacation. However, all that changed as soon as night fell. Our room was on a corner, very close to the main street. From the evening until the early morning hours, incredibly loud music, shouts, and screams from the bars and entertainment venues on that street flooded our room. It was impossible to sleep. The noise was constant and overwhelming bass from music, groups of people yelling, and it felt like the party was right under our window. It was an absolute nightmare and completely ruined our stay, as we couldn't get proper rest at all. The only thing that saved our experience was the absolutely fantastic breakfast. The variety and quality were superb, and it was a delightful start to the day (what little of it we were awake for after sleepless nights). Maybe the rooms on the other side of the hotel are quiet and peaceful, but if you are given a room facing this street, you will not get any rest. I regret not specifically requesting a quiet room away from the street. We loved the hotel itself, but due to the horrific noise in our room, we cannot consider returning, which is a shame.
