Absolutely terrible. They told me they would send me an access code, but it never arrived. Customer service and reception close at 9 PM, and I had to go back at 2 AM to find other accommodation because they weren't answering me. The next day, all they told me was that they had sent a text message, which I never received. And on top of that, they don't refund your money or anything. Basically, they charge you and close at 9 PM. So I don't recommend it at all if you're arriving late from a trip; don't even try.

Quiet location near the highway and within walking distance of the city center. Free parking. Enough for one night.

Very convenient hotel due to its location and the services offered. Breakfast a little expensive, however.

If you are driving through Pau with your family, stay here. You can cook and park. The supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. Compared with the city, it is more convenient to live here.

L'équipe est attentionnée et tout le monde a l’air d'apprécier les chiens. Ma petite Teckel a eu du succès. Accueil avec le sourire, j’ai pu laissé mes bagages à l'hôtel (dans le hall) avant et après mon check in /out. La chambre est très propre, il n’y a que la vaisselle qui est juste mais c’est aux clients de nettoyer, mes prédécesseurs sont les fautifs et non l'hôtel. J’ai aimé la petite attention du personnel de ménage qui a inclue mon petit oreiller quand elles ont changé les draps. L'emplacement est très calme la nuit , on est à 10 minutes en voiture du centre ville ou 20 minutes en bus. Il y a de quoi se promener avec un chien dans les environs. Je recommanderais avec plaisir cet hôtel à ma famille et mes amis.
