Ceiling fans installed in all the bedrooms upstairs and bedroom downstairs along with sliding glass doors from the main den, or "Big Room" to the large screened porch on the front of the house. New living room couches in the big room along with brand new 50" flat screen TV. Additional amenities include two double kayaks, a long screened porch and a brick BBQ grill in the front yard, along with an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, full size washer/dryer, new improved high speed mesh wireless internet/wifi and cable, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining area and so much more! The home also features a beaded path that leads to the creek with a dock for amazing Pawleys Island sunset views. The beach is approx. 2 blocks away. This home is rustic, comfortable and offers plenty of privacy for your beach vacation!
