Nice but little overpriced

We came for vacation for 2 days and it was by far the worst ever I’ve informed them before we arrived by a week that we have a special occasion and I requested a room with balcony and view and they promised they will give but when we arrived the receptionist was rude both of them they gave us a horrible room and after i went up and back down and insisted to give us a different room they said they have one even though she kept on saying the hotel is fully booked and we have no other rooms but apparently a high tip can solve things in this hotel they charged 3700 k for the new year dinner which was chicken strips and french fries and pork and we told them before that we cant eat pork still they didn’t provide any other option one receptionist told us we can check out at 1 and the other told us next day please leave the room at 11 in total ive stayed in many hotels all over the world by far this was the worst staff treatment the place is really nice but all staff are rude and not helpful at all would not recommend for anyone its a waste of money

The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding.

Great place to stay! Close to the cable car to the Snezka. At arrival, we got a welcome drink and were assigned to a secure parking spot. The room was really big and clear, with a nice to the mountains. Breakfast was really good. Large choice and fresh. We really recommend this place if you want to enjoy the Giant Mountains!

Highly appreciated rest
Stayed here after our 17k hike from Snezka mountain and it was the best decision we could have made. Extra comfy bed with luxurious bathroom was exactly what we needed. We didn't bring our puppy with us but I was extremely pleased how welcome the dogs were at the hotel after seeing quite a few of them there.

Friendly staff in a very modern hotel. Perfekt wellness and delicoius restaurant. Just little things could be optimized. Water and coffee at the room were not replaced by room service and we had a damaged toilet brush.

Dear [Hotel Management], I am writing to express my disappointment with the refund policy of your hotel. Recently, I had to cancel my reservation for [26.04.2024], and despite providing ample notice within your cancellation window, I was informed that I would not be refunded for the unused accommodation. While I understand the importance of cancellation policies, I find it unreasonable that no consideration was given to the circumstances that led to my cancellation. As a customer, I expected a more flexible approach, especially given the unforeseen nature of my situation. Not receiving a refund for the unused night has left me dissatisfied with my experience and has certainly impacted my perception of your hotel's customer service. We have visited this region many times and this is not only the best hotel in Pec and Czech but one of the best I have visited anywhere! We stayed in one of the suites (for the price of a standard in any IHG in the UK). The room was spacious a d well decorated as well as extremely comfortable. The view awesome as well. Especially the view of Snezka from our balcony. The food excellent as well as the staff. English spoken throughout Visit Krkonose visit Hradec hotel. You won’t regret it !
