I definitely do not recommend this hotel! Service and room facilities are definitely not worth the price, as well as 4 stars. My husband and I came to this hotel for 3 nights, we were tempted by the beautiful pictures and the close proximity to the slopes (and it was for the slopes that we visited this resort). However, the hotel is a disaster: 1. my husband and I were given a room adapted to people with disabilities, for people without any disabilities it was very uncomfortable to use. Not to mention that the bathroom looked like a roadside gas station bathroom, not even solitary to what you can see on the pictures on the website. When we asked for a room change we were told that this room was the normal standard and that the hotel was currently full and there was no chance to change rooms. 2 The cleaning lady limits her cleaning to making the bed. Garbage was not taken out and in addition, after cleaning she left her things in the bathroom. 3. On the second day after breakfast we had a problem getting into the room, the electric lock broke. We waited about 2h until a technician kindly came and opened the door for us. We lost the best hours on the slopes, I should add that the slopes during the day are open from 8.30 am to 4 pm and we through all this situation reached the slope before 1 pm…and as compensation we heard that while we were waiting they offer us a hot drink (it was breakfast time so we could take whatever we wanted from the bar anyway, and when breakfast was over and we were left alone in the dining area, still waiting no one from the staff was interested in us ) and we can use the wellness area free of charge (how was I supposed to use their super spa with a Jacuzzi if I couldn't get to the room?!). When we were upset and fed up with the place and my husband and I decided to leave the hotel a day early due to the hotel's fault and wanted refund only for the one night we would not be there we heard that there was no such option. They offered us a change of room (suddenly there was such an option), wine (which is free at breakfast and at the welcome anyway) and a visit to the spa area (with all the respect… the jacuzzi is not what I came there for). When we tried to explain that this compensation is no compensation and after such service we don't want to spend a minute longer here, the staff told us that they did everything in their power and we are leaving because of OUR OWN fault. And it all happens in 4 stars hotel!! Ridiculous! I TRULY recommend to choose different hotel.
