Our stay was excellent, we received a warm welcome with a complimentary drink. Our room was very clean with a beautiful view. All the staff were very friendly and all the amenities were very clean . The food was outstanding and all tastes were catered for . There was entertainment in the evening along with a game of bingo , both very entertaining.

Spent 4 days here on 17th May, What can I say? An absolutely wonderful hotel, Exceptionally clean and fragrant smelling. Room was great with super comfy beds. Bathroom set up in delux rooms would not suit everyone, frosted glass walls but we were okay with it. The Silver rooms have separate bathrooms. Entertainment was okay. Happy, helpful and courteous staff. Food was very good, varied and plentiful. Pool area quiet, clean and so relaxing. Fabulous pool bar/restaurant with great food and reasonable prices. The only downside was we didn't book a week's stay!! A little gem of a hotel. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be returning. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience. My first time in Paguera and loved it.

The hotel overall was nice and clean, however there were quite a lot of negatives that left us with the overall opinion that we would not return. Breakfast was good however the dinner was very poor, options were ok but what really let it down was the lack of taste almost like nothing was seasoned. The Mexican night lacked anything with any kind of spice and the Chinese night was very limited if you don't like fish & seafood. By the last night we had enough of the bland food and went elsewhere for dinner. I would have expected a hotel of this standard to at least have water machines available at dinner but there was nothing of the sort and needed to be paid for, which they sometimes would wave a card machine in your face while you were half way through your dinner, think a different system should be looked into to avoid this and allow the guest to finish dinner before paying for drinks. Another couple of things that to us seemed like 'money grabbing ' was being charged 1 Euro everyday for a clean pool towel and having to pay 3 Euro if you wanted tea & coffee refilled in your room, I have never heard of either of these before.

Stayed for 5 nights on a HB basis in room 306 which overlooked the pool. We were able to watch the evening entertainment from our balcony. Staff were exemplary, food was excellent and the cleanliness of the hotel was first class. The room is on the small side but it did not cause us any trouble nor did the glass toilet. The resort was a short walk down hill which had a lovely promenade and beach. The resort is predominantly German. Unfortunately, I developed an eye problem which on returning home it was found to be a detached retina. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel, nice location, let down by its room (layouts) that let down its customers. There’s no separate bathroom, and having a glass cubicle toilet in the same room as you’re sleeping is “interesting” to say the least. A glass cubicle shower ( that leaked after every shower - reported, poor wardrobe space( unable to hang trousers/dresses properly,.) any other additional storage was limited. Too many things crammed into a small to medium sized room, is a challenge for hotel guests. Some might argue that you “only use the room for somewhere to sleep” if I’d wanted that I’d have stayed in a hostel not a “Luxury” hotel. The hotel decor is definitely “Boutique” but its “Deluxe Rooms” are far from deluxe. Yes!! you can “upgrade” but why should you have too, it’s because the room setting doesn’t work for hotel guests. Food was OK, and drink prices comparable to other businesses. Would I stay here again? Not in a “Deluxe Room” for sure. It has the opportunity to be a Diamond, but it needs a little polish.

Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean and bright. Great staff and close to shops, bars and restaurants. Situated on a slight incline although we didn’t have a problem going out. Staff were exemplary. Our room was bright and airy and although we chose not to have our room cleaned or towels changed during our week, the ladies were continually wiping surfaces down. Food was delicious. Restaurant staff amazing. Inside pool and gym were used. Shame there was no English on the stepper and I couldn’t work it out! On the down side, room didn’t have much storage for toiletries and no long hanging space for dresses etc. You need to pay for drinks with meal in the evening which on a half board basis I have never had to do. If you have tea and coffee in your room and require more then these need to be paid for too. We could hear the running of showers and toilets in our room, presumably through the air con unit. We had a patio are overlooking the outside restaurant which was great. On the whole a fab hotel and the weather superb!
