Stayed at the Santika Mataram hotel for two nights and I can say for sure that it is closer to 4 stars than giving it 3 stars. The staff is very professional and friendly, the whole hotel is very well maintained, clean and stylish. The room is of the same standard as some well-known brands (such as Beauty Palace, Novotel, Hyatt, etc.), although the scenery is not very beautiful, it is not the hotel's fault. Wi-Fi is included, free and very fast. The buffet breakfast has a wide selection of everything from a variety of halal dishes to Western food, noodle soup, porridge (rice porridge), and it is in a good location, right next to the pool and surrounded by plants. I would definitely stay here again, it’s centrally located, 10 minutes walk to Mataran Mall, shops, restaurants and so on. And very good value.
