Good place and relax f

Love the hotel , and nice the view and great staff, so this is great

Im not recommend you to stay at this hotel. Its an old hotel, not clean. The service is good, but the hotel is a big NO. The room got BLACK MOLD. For god sake. Stay at your own risk. Have to wear the hotel slipper all the time because the floor is too sticky, feels like not being mooped for long time. Bathroom floor alsi not clean. I pick this hotel because its close to my destination i plan to go, but big disapointment.

On December 20th, a fire broke out. I was staying on the third floor. No one woke us up until I was roused by the smoke. I went downstairs to ask the front desk, and they said they had knocked on the door. With such a fire, they only knocked twice? Okay, I started packing my things and running. When I opened the door again, it was pitch black outside, and a plume of black smoke instantly rushed into the room. I knew I couldn't get out. I jumped from the fourth floor (room 305) and slid down a pillar to escape. Afterwards, the hotel offered no explanation. All my clothes and belongings were damaged, and there was no compensation for either emotional or material losses. They even demanded proof of damage. I was almost dead; how could I possibly provide proof?

Deluxe twin bed room but no window. Already contacted the hotel CS but no response. But overall good!
