Overall, it was good, but the air conditioning wasn't cool enough and the soap had run out. The location is central, close to Pekanbaru Mall.

The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

Best hotel to stay near Pekanbaru mall. Also surrounding shops and street foods. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean and tidy, not bad.

The room is alright, although a little old. The facilities are sufficient for a business hotel. However, the breakfast is a little bit disappointing due to salty (during my time of visit) but ambience for breakfast is good. The location of the hotel is also good for street food lovers.
