The room was not maintained and the mattress on the bed was very soft. The bathroom sink was cracked with tap was also broken. Breakfast was very poor and after eating I was not feeling well. The milk served was of very bad quality. Wifi was not working.

The hotel rooms are spacious and view are spectacular of Kanchanjunga! The geysers and room paint are from old era. We had a bad experience on the food and room service, as it seems their restaurant and hotel staff are two different entities - Jain Group and Curry Leaf. The hotel manager Priya wasn't bothered about the food issue we had, and the restaurant manager and chef did not put any effort to feed us basic food as they were busy with buffet service. Room service is very delayed here for any ask, it took them 2 hours to send us two dishes and that too at very low quality. My kids slept hungry, thanks to their - "I have no interest" attitude!

Extremely satisfied with their service and hospitality, especially services given by Milan and Dichen. Food was also delicious and appreciable. One of the best hotel in Sikkim. We were provided with a very warm stay. I recommend others as well to come and try staying here.

I visited here in June 2024. And this is the best place for peace in mind. Best balcony view I have ever had. Good Staff, Nice Cleaning in lobbies, walls, stairs etc, Good Room Service, Restaurant also good. I would never have known what it feels like to look at the mountains while eating if it weren't for this hotel. I would like to come here again. And this time I will come early. Because after coming here I came to know that the best view is seen in March and April. If you come to Pelling then this hotel is the best. **I would like to suggest that you need to improve your food a little more. Like whenever we used to take roti, it used to get cold and hard very quickly due to the weather. Bathrooms needed a little more cleaning. Everything else was good.**

The hotel location is very good with heart winning balcony iconic view the maintenance cleanliness and the behaviour of all the hotel staffs Aman sharma, Doma bhutia they were excellent people and coming to the food it's very pocket friendly and tasty just like home cooked food, overall I had an amazing unforgettable experience.

The worst hotel and very bad staff. you really feel it was better to stay home . Mr.Ashish Nayak calls at 11 pm in night and says pay eventhough room rent was paid. This people do not have courtesy to check at what time to call. Also do not go with the name JAIN ... they create issues when they had to provide jain breakfast . Also they do not have any co-ordination within themselves. One person calls and tell pay for 4 extra beds while we have not taken also. Pathetic hotel. Kindly do not book this hotel or be ready for the worst experience of your life.

I left my wrists watch ,but manager sent me back to Guwahati,Assam by Delevery courier service ,and got in good condition,so it was very good moment for me.and hotel staff also very co-operative.its very good for your vacation.the back side view of hotel is very good.
