Gili Air Escape - Adults Only

Very peaceful location, away from the busy areas of the island (of which there are few). The beach is only a short walk away in any direction. The staff are incredibly helpful and are quick to offer assistance when needed. Pros - modern, clean decor, well maintained. Relaxing pool area, kept very clean. Peaceful location away from the noise. Attentive staff. Cons - we had to ask fresh towels, they are not given. I would expect fresh towels at least once in a 4 nights stay. The beach towels are perfectly adequate, but the bath room towels are more like a thin blanket than a towel and would leave grit on your skin.

A nice new place with great friendly helpful staff - thank you Wolf & Tohri for your hospitality. Very Clean bungalows with covered outdoor bathrooms and a nice big clean pool with pool chairs & umbrellas in a central position for all day sun. Our room had a queen bed and extra loft bed to cover 3 adults and breakfast was covered in our room rate. The place has pushbike hire for $5 AUD or 50K IDR per day which is the best way to get around the island. There are only 6 bungalow’s on the site so the place is quite private & located close to beaches and restaurants. We would stay here again.

A lovely setting with great staff, close to the beach. The breakfast was lovely. No children which is a bonus for a couple. The staff organised bikes for us, which are really helpful for getting around the island on. There are lots of restaurants close o the villas. Not far to go for a sunrise on one side of the island, or sunset on the other side.

An absolutely perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Gili Air. Beautiful setting, very clean and well air conditioned providing a lovely break from the heat! Breakfast provided daily was absolutely beautiful. Staff were so friendly and accommodating

Absolute gem of a boutique property, it really is an oasis on the beautiful island of Gili Air. The bungalows are lovely, well designed, spacious & spotlessly clean with excellent air con!(needed as it can get very humid). We really liked the semi open air bathroom too, we did not have any problem at all with hot water coming through the shower. The pool is great - an ideal size for the property and it was so relaxing to enjoy coffee and breakfast each day in the breakfast area which overlooks it. The property is only a short walk from the beach and in fact most things on the island as it's so small, you have plenty of options to eat out very close by. The best thing about this place though is the staff, lovely guys and really made our stay here. They take care of everything and can't do enough for you. They work so hard & keep the place super clean and also make the best smoothies and coffee! They were very helpful in organising a private snorkelling trip and renting us bikes for the day. We enjoyed having a chat with them each day. We would love to return to stay at Gili Air Escape, wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else on the island! Thank you for a fantastic stay. Amazing place! Staff are the best! They absolutely made my stay! The hotel is beautiful and super clean. Couldn’t recommend it more! I’ll definitely be staying here when I return as there’s just no match!
