my girlfriend and I stayed here in July and absolutely loved it, the private pool was amazing. The bed was super comfy and the people working there couldnt do enough for you. I would fully recommend it. Thanks for making us feel so welcome/

Visited all 3 Gili Islands and this island was easily our favourite. Gili Meno too quiet, Gili T too busy. Gili Air was a great balance between the two. Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, wish it had been more. The accommodation is a 15 minute ride away from the port using the horse and cart transport. Alternative would have been a 30 minute+ walk in the heat and along the makeshift roads and dusty paths. We had a private villa with a small pool that was perfect. Really enjoyed the made to order breakfasts - the floating breakfast was a first and a bit of a novelty. The free fresh water in the large plastic dispenser was a very welcome. A bike is a necessity to get around the island and visit the many excellent beaches and restaurants. As previous reviews have mentioned - if you turn right out of the hotel entrance the pathway is extremely dusty. However, if you turn left you can avoid this. Recommend the H20 if you like Yoga.

Room/pool layout is good, bed comfy. Choice of seating and ability to move loungers to be in shade most of day. Good sized breakfast, we ended up putting croissants and fruit in fridge and have them as lunch after our diving. Breakfast is delivered to your room to have by the pool or in it if you ask for a floating tray. Team always got the right drinks choice with the right meal choice when laying out. Shower had a hint of salt so not fully fresh water. Last part of road is a powdery mud/sand so always ended up with very dirty feet and shoes. But location was great for being away from the bustle of the main streets. Pools very private.

This is a lovely place to stay on Gili Air the hosts and owners are great especially Celeste she is a lovely French lady who couldn’t be nicer or more helpful all the staff were great the breakfast is lovely location is close to 3 beaches they will help with anything you need be it restaurant suggestions or anything else the pools in the villas are great as well

This place is tucked away but it's close enough to everything making it peaceful and relaxing. The villa is beautiful and spacious with a great outdoor area where you can lay on sun lounges, relax in a refreshing pool and be served a delicious breakfast on a floating tray or seated by the pool. We had massages in our villa and dinner delivered one night to feel a bit decadent. We were only about 250m from the water where the best snorkelling spot on the island is. We were also able to SUP here as well. Owners and staff made you feel welcomed and made sure you enjoyed the experience. Will definitely stay again.

After staying at other accommodations along the route, this one disappointed us. Aside from the things we'd read about, such as the dark, dirt road, the villas (at least ours) weren't well-maintained. They were in disrepair, causing lots of bugs. The terrace was very large but uninviting. The pool didn't have any working filters or lights. Some areas of the room and bathroom were dirty. There was no hot water in the shower. In three days, they didn't change our towels or clean the terrace/pool. On the positive side, there was a mineral water machine. In short, attention to detail was lacking; we wouldn't return.
