Dirty bathroom. Shower area has no shower curtains or shower screen. Sloppy service. Had to chase many times to get back our deposit. We paid the equivalent of 5 star hotel and got a one star experience. Never again

Went to stay there in June, stayed at 31st floor. only two lifts serve the airbnb residents. So going back to your room can take some time. Inside the condo, the amenities are aged and damaged. Probably will not choose this airbnb again the next time I visit Penang.

Booked a studio at level 27 under cutiepie. Pros: - good location - near eateries Cons: - host was unresponsive after check in details sent - sofa bed was badly stained and covered with a smelly blanket - fixed carpark lot at level 8 (11 giddy spiral levels from entrace) - washing machine was very dirty and unbalanced (have to do a thoroughly cleaning by myself) - can hear loud music late at night - provided 2 towels even though there were 4 pax - dislike that there's a camera at the door entrance Considered value for money but will find a better place next time.

Stayed on the 31st floor for 2 nights. There were 2 queen sized beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable for prolonged sitting. Overall, the room was clean and satisfactory for a short stay.

We just made a booking from Agoda. In our confirmation from it is stated that Refundable Security Deposit (Pay at the property). Upon received the confirmation may be about 30min later someone from Tropicana 218 contacted us and ask is transfer them 200RM into their bank account. I mentioned that I will pay at arrival because I am foreigner and I don't have any bank account in Malaysia. They proposed me to give them a credit card details and of course I refused it. Later they asked me to contact the Agoda for cancel the booking. I proposed them several times I can pay cash on arrival but they refused. They are not helpful at all. I have no choice but Agoda call me and canceled the booking. Be careful when u make a booking and if you are foreigner.

This was a recent building, heard that it’s only opened two years ago during the time when strict lockdown was eased but borders still closed and a lot of domestic tourism were ongoing. It’s the twin tower next to Courtyard by Marriot hotel. Going up the spiral carpark is indeed very challenging as our lot was on the 9th floor and frankly, once we park the car, best we don’t move and just switch to take Grab. There is separate elevators to homestay vs residents. There are many hawker places down the road as this is a long avenue, we especially like the dimsum behind Red rock hotel and Ghee Heang shop with the famous sesame oil and biscuit is just next door!

location was ok. the apartment is not clean, got ants at basin. pillow very flat and yellow. towel not clean. no bath or hand soup swim pool not clean all the facility provide is very run down. remote control for tv and aircon not working well

We booked a room at 32 level. It was a studio apartment. It was quite clean and spacious. There were microwave, mini fridge , hair dryer and washing machine available. The owner was quite responsive in requests made to them. They were kind. It was really an amazing view from that room. I enjoyed my stay. It was a decent stay.
