The following is an objective and fair review of Peony Yunjin Garden Hotel Service: The service attitude is quite satisfactory, neither too enthusiastic nor too bad. During the period, the air conditioning and heating in the room were not feeling well. When I called for consultation, the engineering department was not sent to solve it in time. It was not until the second call the next day that the front desk came to solve the problem. The front desk solved the problem and responded quickly. Lazy. Hygiene: Cleanliness is relatively poor in the hotel industry. Although it is an extended stay, the hygiene should be clean and tidy. However, the bath water from the previous night did not pour into the bed flag on the carpet in the room. The pillows that were placed randomly were not put away, and the bed was not returned to its original position. Other hotels would help fold the clothes on the bed. The hotel did not have this service and did not insist on it. I called the front desk to give feedback and the front desk said that it is usually simple to extend the stay. Just pick up the garbage, but as the Peony Yunjin Hotel is considered to be a high-end hotel in Pengzhou, the sanitation management still needs to be more standardized to give guests a good experience, but the hotel feels it doesn't matter, so just ignore it. The front desk said that the appeal would be reported to superiors, but so far there has been no reasonable solution. This negative review is only based on my own stay experience and cannot be compared with first- and second-tier cities. However, it is far inferior to Yijia Hotel in the same city. for reference only The company often travels for team building and has great demand for hotels. The first stay experience is poor and I will not choose it again in the future.

I was very surprised when I stayed in this hotel for the first time. The environment is really good, the service is good, and the facilities are quite complete. You have to live comfortably outside. I will choose this hotel next time.

If you have quality requirements, don't stay here. The water for washing is very slow, the bathroom has no door, water is everywhere, and the air conditioner doesn't work. Overall, it's old! Breakfast felt even worse, not even milk!

這次出差到彭州，預訂的這家酒店非常滿意，首先進入酒店大堂顯得非常的氣派，前台的小妹妹也非常的貼心，還免費給我升級了房間。房間乾淨衞生，通風，住着很安心，酒店旁邊是個很大的公園，從房間窗户看過去，景色很nice，早上起床也可以去公園散散步，精神百倍！早餐豐富，是一次非常不錯的入住體驗，性價比超高，下次來彭州還選這裏。

酒店停車方便；大堂高端大氣，前台很貼心的準備了歡迎茶水，房間乾淨衞生，服務員還根據我的喜好安排了靠公園一側的房間，窗外公園景色盡收眼底，吃過晚飯還可以到公園散散步，早餐品種豐富，很不錯。以後就是我在彭州的根據地了，嘿嘿。

這家酒店的服務態度令人感到温暖和舒心，員工們總是微笑着問候我們，讓我們感到非常親切。房間的清潔也非常到位，床品舒適乾淨，讓人感到賓至如歸的感覺。房間裝修風格也很獨特，大堂很明亮。酒店對面就是公園，吃完飯散步也很方便，旁邊也有公交站台，坐車出行很方便，而且離高鐵站最多十分鐘的距離，出門旅行特別方便，下次還是會選擇。

先要給酒店前台的服務員點個贊，帶着我看了三種房型才選定房間，真誠而耐心，難得的好服務。 酒店的房間大，設施設備齊全，看得出衞生也做得相對較好，讓人印象深刻。 酒店的早餐豐盛，菜品新鮮，味道也好，體驗不錯。 有專門的停車場，住店期間免費停車。

酒店還不錯，陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的。酒店服務相對會好一點。外賣也挺方便的。還有一點就是訂房間的時候圖片窗外是林景，結果住的房子是圖片的景，小姐姐解釋説是朝向不一樣。電視夠大雙床房的床夠大，我們住的很寬敞。最後説一下早餐，有雞蛋麪包片煮玉米酸酸乳紫薯包達利園小麪包豆漿咖啡等，簡單美味。 酒店鬧中取靜，雖在大路邊上，但不會嘈雜。房間空間大，洗浴設備不錯，有基本的日用洗漱用品提供。服務很好。依依和可樂服務態度優秀，讓客人賓至如歸，點贊。早餐挺豐富的，水果很新鮮，中西合璧基本滿足需求。餐廳環境優雅，吃早飯舒服。會再次選擇入住的酒店。各方麪條件均不錯。 性價比很高，主調是很舒服的白色，水壺還是無印良品，細節不錯。服務尤其好，打掃過衞生後客房服務人員還會貼心留下卡片問候，前台也很好，有個姑涼早上見我沒吃早餐還把自己的零食給我了，走之前前台的依依姑娘還送了薑茶和糖，很暖心。酒店的小姐姐們熱情，連保潔阿姨都態度很好，每次入住都體驗不錯，周邊吃得多，出門方便的很。 酒店房間的設施非常先進，同時房間裏面的衞生也很乾凈，諾大的 落地窗可以看到整個城市的夜景，酒店房間裏面的床也很舒適，是一次非常不錯的人住體驗。 酒店的整體服務非常好！我很挑剔的一個人也感覺做的非常好！ 前台服務熱情，房間裏都擺放着飲用水，小零食，西安北峯酸梅湯。這些細節很讓人感動！整體感受五顆星！

昨天預訂之前看了一下，覺得這個酒店還不錯，位置也好，怎麼會評分這麼低。住進來之後才知道評分這麼低不是無緣無故的，前台服務那叫一個差勁，打了不下四個電話催。在他們的意識裏對客人是一種提防心理。建議酒店的前台出去培訓一下其他好的酒店是怎麼處理問題的。另外，酒店隔音做的也不太好。
