Room need to be upgraded rooms look outdated and old bed sheet look old the refrigerator was broke

This place was by far the most sick place I have ever stayed ! They only reason we stayed the first night was because we didn’t check in till late and after 4 hour drive , we was not leaving to find another hotel! The morning we woke up I went to front desk, showed them how we have , roaches crawling everywhere, someone’s underwear on side the bed , they had mold and so on. Never again!

That place needs to be torn down and remodeled. It’s mold in the pool. Wasp nest everywhere. Toilet over flowing. Water damage in ceiling. The floors and doors were so nasty. Bed mattress needs to be thrown away. Tv only got one station. I’m want my money back

Walls, surfaces, and furniture are all filthy. Towels are soiled with stains, and smell terrible. Asked the front desk for a clean towel so I could shower after work, and was refused. Front desk clerk says towels can only be given out in the morning. TV barely works.

Will not stay in here ever again. The whole place needs a make over .

We stopped here after a long drive we needed time to rest and this place was terrifying honestly. Looks are deceiving because the front looks fine. But once you walk to the back the outside is filthy, but the room.. Oh my god. Roaches and hair everywhere, the bathroom was dirty and the door didn’t close as well as no handle. There was pee in and on the toilet. The beds scared me, we put towels down to try to lay down but couldn’t. So we just left after a few hours, wasn’t able to feel comfortable enough to rest. There’s strange men walking around and hanging out outside as well.

Horrible I walked in my room the first day the smell was horrible. I had to buy candles, bleach,air fresheners and other stuff to clean my room and bathroom. The bed was horrible. I got there on Friday the first and online the place looks hella different.time Tuesday morning comes no one had came to clean my room brought fresh linens luckily I had my own towels etc. My garbage was pulling up then Tuesday night I started seeing roaches underneath my bed, behind the tv, the bathroom, the A/C unit. I packed my things up and left Wednesday morning. I went down to the front desk told them I was leaving and the lady at the desk wouldn’t give me my refund on the days I was gonna be there and for the money I spent on my room from the first -the 9th I couldn’t stay in that room any longer especially when I found those roaches. No sure what was going on there however I started getting sick while I was there. Major headaches, staying sick to my stomach, throwing up, something in that room and hotel. Then all the people that were in the rooms next to me. One room had I swear 20 people in one room when I had asked a lady for a lighter to light my candles there was almost 20 people coming out of one room then the room next to me people were so nasty so no wonder there was roaches.

I was very disappointed with this hotel because what they advertise online, or what is represented on all hotel platforms is very misleading.

Was told we could check in early at 12 then got there and was told no,once we got to a room there was no fridge,air didnt work and the pool was down,was told that was the only room available and when I said then we will go somewhere else he gave me a different rm that was also horrible with no air and the fridge wasn’t cold,I had kids with me and it was way to hot to stay so we checked out and the guy said he couldn’t give me a refund do to policy
